Than y u don't join there paid session it's very nominal charges and it's really helpful session. I doing there paid session and it's really worth.
I am doing apka yoga daily and happy for my overall health .i never focus on weight loss or fat loss concept ..i want only fit , active and painfree of any body part .thats impt .everyday yoga helps me to maintain my overall health - mental peace and ofcourse daily tips given by saurabh ji 😊❤
