Glad you enjoyed it, Paul is certainly an inspiration to many. He's come a long way over the past few years.
It’s funny Lee mentioned the salads 🥗 where I’m from in PA they have a salad called a Pittsburgh salad. Which consists of shredded romaine sliced up sirloin and French fries and shredded cheddar plus whatever dressing. 😂
