    Down south they sell cut-up pork butt as "country style ribs". I'd still cook them around 200°F, but I could see how that cut that could take some hotter cooking and still be amazing. But to be fair, one of the best things about cooking whole shoulders and/or butts is the slow pace. I don't know what I think about making my bbq day faster paced. Results look great, though.

    Video is pretty clear on steps. I update my website as I have time, but it’s always months behind since I have a full time job and filming videos dominates most weekends. I will add it to the website when I have time though. 🍻

    Love the videos but how come you don't do any more cooks on the workhorse? I miss the days of Offset Rookie. More videos on the offset smoker please!

    Good product, but I gave them a ton of free exposure and handled a bunch of DMs emails since their customer service is so slow and they didn’t see any value in it. I’ve got no love for the company and no desire to spend money to promote their product. 🍻

    @@RumandCook Oh sorry, I didn't mean more videos about the workhorse, I just meant more offset cooking videos in general. You could cook on any offset pit lol. I got my custom offset around the same time as you so I just enjoyed going through the same trials and kinks you did. Either way, sorry about how the company didn't value how you promoted them. That sucks

    Well definitely not a traditional pulled pork, but I have to hand it to you, trying something this different and it coming out great says a lot about your smoking skills! My only question is do you have to let it sit overnight in a oven, or can you enjoy it once it comes off the smoker?

    Thanks. I’d rest it 30-240 mins and tear into it. I don’t think an oven rest is necessary, but allows it to sit in the sauce for longer. 🍻
