They aren't riding and asking the horse to go faster in a way the horse would *want to run.* Here the horses are trying _escape the pain._ Most videos of Indian riding is riddled with abuse.

Since it's not like the horse has the ability to stop immedianlty, he need to afford it time to slow down instead of forcing its head back like that. @@al_andaluss8161I was in lesson classes with children as young as five so it doesn’t matter that he’s a young teen he’s old enough to be taught to ride properly and that’s more gently than he did. Kid came down way too hard on the horses back and yes that can cause lameness which can become permanent if not caught and managed early

Saddle fits well, unbelievable extension, he's not hanging off his mouth constantly. Horse has an enormous thick neck, a Light riders pull on him isn't bad and he does release, I can't see a whip, to me it's not abuse. Take a look at trainning methods of aTennesee walking Horse...that's abuse

Depends, horses have sensitive skin. I have had horses, and when you belt them they feel it on a higher level than you do as a human. And in a race not every horse needs to be belted. Look at secretariat that horse has records that still stand and that horse didn't need to be hit or "motivated"
