At 5:30. You are feeding that inserted drill entirely too slow. That drill should be fed at least 8 to 10 thousands per rev. That drill should chip not string. That’s how you tear up the inserts. You need to load them. Quick tip. Those insert have a chip breaker. Use them. After all you are not running a twist drill. Make sense??? Sure it does. I run a 1” inserted at 1850 on the spindle and feed it at 20” a minute. Chips sound like they are going to break the window. I drilled over three hundred holes and the inserts look like new. And that’s in 1018 cffl 1” thick.

most of the Videos are speed up (you can hear mickey mouse voices in the background) so thumbs down for cheating. You should show the real-time speed and when speed up than show an info for it

Half a mill or more I would think. For the bigger ones. One good size cnc machine at a place I used to work cost $850,000. Not cheap.
Technologie apprise dans les écoles dans les années 80 en plus du traditionnel... Avec des ouvriers mal considérés et mal payés ces formations n'existent quasiment plus ! Rien d'exceptionnel dans la vidéo depuis les 40 dernières années.

Agreed. That drill should be jamming through that sucker. Amazing to see so many shops underutilizing their equipment especially larger ones. Most are just too damn afraid to push it.

I used to love on my old Haas pushing my 2.5" insert drill through 3" steel plates in about 10 seconds. The sound of the chips hitting inside the machine was like a bad hail storm.

Which machine? There's quite a few, you're probably looking at around 16,181,712.35 INR new for the cheapest one and 92,466,927.73 INR for the most expensive. You could get a haas which is a good machine for a company to start with for much less.

- I known why it exist but does not working _ exist - cause "you feed machine" with do not matter what - input nice program - machine do for you all work - perfect thing piece made whom you need - not tired goes back home to own women and children (enjoy life) _ does not working - why guess what (in 99.999999% of cases) someone want more money
Nothing special, not even fast. Most basic turning on a lathe I have ever seen in a video.
Ive run parts at better speeds and feeds in a HAAS
How annoying is this
worst cuts ever
