Hi @ddk6112, Fasanella servat is an older eyelid ptosis procedure where part of the conjunctiva, and tarsus are clamped to raise the upper eyelid, often performed by ophthalmologists on their older ptosis patients. As an oculoplastic surgeon trained as an ophthalmologist first, I do prefer performing more advanced procedures, such as Mueller's muscle resection for milder ptosis cases, or levator muscle resection for more pronounced cases, which is why I haven't featured this particular procedure in my videos. Hi @Rahi_Azad, Finasteride is generally required for men your age with early onset of genetic pattern hair loss because they usually have high DHT-scalp sensitivity, and finasteride is a DHT-blocker. However, finasteride is a prescription medication, so you need to see a local doctor for a prescription before taking it. The standard dosage for my male patients is 1mg a day, and it needs to be taken continually to block DHT. Hello doctor prasad, I had a question regarding dermal fillers. Along with width and forward projection can we also add vertical height to the Chin and lenghten the lower face to make an impact on the facial thirds? If yes would it it make as much of a difference as a chin implant or is an implant a better option in order to increase height? Thanks a lot.

Hi @user-df4bl8tr6n, I'm not sure what you mean by "height" as volume enhancement in the chin is for increasing projection, and because of the chin's position, the only "height" there is would go into the mouth. It is possible with a chin implant or filler to add a curve to the chin if you that's what you're referencing. An examination is needed to determine what the best approach for your case would be. Hi dr Amiya Two month ago I had upper blepharoplasty, and one of my eyelid creases is placed very high even above the middle of my eye . Its looks very unnatural and harsh. It's not swelling. it's actually created very high crease than the other eye. Please i need your advice on this matter. Is it possible to lower down a high eyelid crease?

Hi @gul24461, There could still be post-surgical swelling affecting your appearance 2 months after surgery, making the creases look high temporarily. It's also not safe to perform revision eyelid surgery this soon after primary surgery. Hi @ROHITSINGH-oo3ws, GFC or PRP will feel cold as room temperature is cooler than your internal body temperature. PRP starts at body temperature, but cools after extraction to room temperature. I hope this clarifies things for you.

Hi @anum3702, The benefits of weight loss are unclear without knowing your current weight, and how proportional it is to your body. If you are already at a healthy weight, losing 5kgs can change your appearance, but not necessarily in a good way. I hope this clarifies things for you.

Hi @user-mw2sx6cs7t, Cutting hair shafts from transplanted follicles will not affect hair growth. However, keep in mind that if had an FUE transplant, at least some grafts are still prone to hair thinning as some FUE grafts are harvested from outside the small permanent zone. Hi @ViralVibesHost, You should see an ophthalmologist about your prominent eye first as that's the more urgent issue. There are no permanent treatments for under eye hollowing as the shape of our face changes due to aging. While tear trough implants are long lasting, they eventually won't fit your face, and many people find them uncomfortable. Permanent fillers is highly prone to complications from the material staying in the body too long, causing foreign body reactions, and breaking apart and reaching deeper tissues in the body. Fat grafting under thin lower eyelid skin is highly prone to visible lumps due to the behavior grafted fat. Hi @MohammadAli-fd1rw, Thank you. It depends on what you mean by "tilt", but I generally don't recommend changing the natural shape of the eyelids, as cosmetic eyelid surgery is supposed to be about enhancing, or revealing the natural character of the eyes that is unique to you.
