I’m currently day two post op. from upper and lower blephs. So far its going to plan. I can actually see a slight improvement even from yesterday. And pleased to say I am having no problems closing my eyes. I’m sure I had an excellent surgeon here in the UK.

Okay, but how can we take care of ourselves to maintain results? Heard there are lifestyle factors, like bad posture, that can cause facial asymmetry.

Dr I had inner eye corner opening surgery and it passed 26 days after surgery but the stitches marks still visible, will the stitches disappear?

I do too but I been putting ice 3 times a day and it finally went away

Blephoraplasty gave me dry eye syndrome. Not with this doctor. But people should know it's a risk and a terrible condition to live with . Very expensive to treat as well. Def not worth it.

I'm sorry to hear that. How are you managing? I've spent thousands of dollars on treatments and still need drops every two hours plus eyelid wipes, spray, creams, and tape on my lids when I sleep at night because they don't close completely. I'm buying a red light next. Wore welding goggles to a concert the other night to help with the humidity. This is not exactly the look I was going for when I got the surgery, lol.

So sorry to hear that. It's really terrible to end up as a "rare statistic". I was always lucky and healthy and assumed this wouldn't happen to me. :(

@@talksick508 thanks for asking. I had upper and lower eyelid surgery in Mexico one year ago. He cut off too much skin (although he denies it and takes no responsibility). My eyelids don't close entirely and I have to sleep with tape on them so they don't dry out.
