@@zachrobinson6801 No. As of yet, every Marvel film that doesn't have other heroes in them is either set somewhere where calling on the other Avengers is unnecessary or impossible (Doctor Strange, Guardians of the Galaxy), happen too quickly for anyone to be reached (basically every Phase 2 film) or the discrepancy is openly acknowledged (Ant-Man, Far From Home).

Roshan Dugar tbh all spy-action movies have the same villain, plot, etc. You cant have a bad guy wanting to turn the whole world into horses😕that would be weird, so yeah virusses, bombs etc is the way to go
