Fashionable No.1 Antique Market 🇬🇧 Spitalfields --- London
Fashionable London antique market held every Thursday. The food court is also substantial. Would you like to join us for a walk in East London? In addition to the British ones, there are also plenty of European vintages such as French ones.
Please also refer to the recipe for crispy holori and sable ↓. I made it according to the plate I purchased.
Spitalfields Antique Market

Sable (for 24 pieces)
-plain flour---100g
-ground almonds---20g
-icing sugar---40g
-Unsalted butter (cold, fresh out of the fridge, cut into 1cm cubes)---80g
-milk---2-3 teaspoons
-granulated sugar---about 2 tablespoons
*Preheat the oven to 190℃ / 170℃ with fan / gas mark 5 before baking
1. Put cake flour, almond flour and powdered sugar in a bowl.
2. Add the butter and mix with your hands until there are almost no lumps of butter. Please hurry up.
3. Add 2 teaspoons of milk. If it doesn't come together too well, add another teaspoon.
4. Combine in two and make each into a stick shape of about 20 cm. Wrap with a parchment sheet (cooking paper) and chill in the freezer for about 1 hour to harden.
5. Roll the dough, sprinkle with granulated sugar, and cut into 1.5 cm thick pieces. Arrange them on an oven tray and leave them for about 30 minutes (they will soften a little).
6. Gently put granulated sugar on the cut end and press the center with your fingertips to make a dent.
7. Bake in a warm oven for about 20 minutes until the surface turns golden brown. Once baked, cool on a rack and serve.
