No, because the woman he's with is Denise Gaines (Janet Jackson) in this movie. The woman from the first movie was Carla Purty (Jada Pinkett-Smith). Jada couldn't do the second movie because she was pregnant at the time with Willow Smith, so they added in a new character, who Sherman marries at the end of the movie.
