Ingredients
2 cup Maida
1/4 cup rawa
2 tbsp kasuri methi
1 tbsp black pepper crushed
1 tbsp crushed cumin seeds
4 tbsp ghee
salt to taste
Water as required to knead the dough
Oil to deep fry
for saati ( rice flour paste)
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp ghee
