For stuffing
1/4 cup fine sev
1/4 cup dry coconut powder

1 tbsp sugar
1.5 tbsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp white sesme seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp dry mango powder, amchur
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp black pepper power
