Farmhouse Coffee Table DIY - Beginner Step By Step Build

This is a step by step tutorial on how to build your own rustic farmhouse style coffee table! It was super easy and super cheap! I only ended up using 2 power tools for this DIY project and it turned out so good! If you have any questions please feel free to ask them in the comments down below!

Materials that I used.
(3) 8 foot 2x12 pine wood
(2) 8 foot 2x6 pine wood
(8) 3 inch "L" brackets
2.5 inch screws
1.25 inch screws
Stain
dimensions of Cuts
-Cut 3 2x12s to 35 inches long
-Cut 8 2x12s to 16.5 inches long
-Cut 2 2x6s to 33.75 inches long
-Cut 2 2x6s to 28 inches long

    I admit, my pin / brad nailers were an impulse buy that I use constantly to keep things together while gluing up. Though I never put my calipers away - toss up between the two!

    An outside firepit bench made of 2X4s only was the easiest DIY project and my favorite woodworking tool is my table saw. What did you use for the white wash and how do you do it - looks great!

    I love those answers! I’m needing to make a new bench very soon! I used Varathane classic whitewash, it does a great job removing the underlying color of the pine.
