Walnut coffee table

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

In this video, I show the process of making a coffee table, the main purpose of which for the next 5 years will be - board games table for my children.
I needed a comfortable round table with enough legroom on which my children could comfortably play board games.
For this purpose, I used a cross section of walnut - 720 mm in diameter and 60 mm thickness, which had long been lying in my garage and waiting for the right moment to come, how handy! There was a crack in it, which I filled with inserts of cross-sections of a walnut branch. I like the lively look of the wooden bark so I tried to preserve it and recreate its natural look.
The table turned out to be heavy, strong, stable, so children are unlikely to flip it. Kids liked the table and have immediately began it's practical use, so I'm happy with the result.
Thank you all for watching!
Take care of yourself and your family! Stay safe!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

You know I watch your video over and over again and never get tired of them. It's like watching a movie where you get to know all the dialogue. This project is so beautiful like all of your creations I can see you leaving your Day Job and doing this hobby for a living at your own pace and not just on weekends, holidays, or at night after work. BRAVO MAESTRO AGAIN.

This is a trend following, unoriginal, uncreative piece of garbage. Theres hundreds of channels that do this exact same super simple wood and epoxy table top projects. Its getting ridiculous how ppl just follow trends instead of doing their own thing these days. Channels like this make me worry about the future of society as a whole.

awesome table, and that stool that goes with it. It's funny, right now probably those kids take it for granted, and think its just any old table and stool no different from anyone else's. Once they grow up a bit, they will realize how incredible they are and appreciate them.

Maravilloso. Divino. Tener este arte es un lujo. No todos tenemos tanta habilidad... Pero... Mirando se aprende. Gracias por tus videos. Crear con las manos demuestras tener un habilidad mental muy positiva. Y disfrutar de lo creado te da autoestima. Felicidades. 👍👍👍

I must say I wasn’t very encouraged by the way you prepared for pouring the epoxy resin using the silicone caulk, but I was pleasantly impressed with the outcome. I’m happy to admit that I was wrong! It turned out great!
