Like almost all real estate agents in Puerto Rico, they neglect to give details.....elevation, water source and price, for instance in this case. For those who don't know, Orocovis is high in elevation. It's in the central part of the island and usually gets quite a bit of rain. Still, you can grow quite a few things at the higher elevations....maybe the brassicas, and I see that there may be coco palms in the forests. You will be quite a distance from larger grocery stores, and quite a drive to the ocean or larger cities. Also, you may well need a 4 wheel drive to get to the acreage. Depending on several factors, I would estimate the fair market value to be between $1500 and 2500 per acre.

@@elitorres-realtor You shut it down, bro. LOL! I was cracking up. Orocovis is gorgeous. I have longtime in "Alturitas de Cacao". Spent several trips there. Its a precious municipality. I just don't understand some people. You just cant win. Its really simple. If you're in countryside? You're in the countryside. Period. You will not have all the conveniences. And even with this property. One can't be beat. Nothing in P.R is ever truly far. Good luck to you or whomever is selling this jewel. Please excuse long post.

@@JoseTorres-cr1yb Actually it depends on the mainland American coming to Puerto Rico. Many people want to have land and many people want to be in an industrialized area.
