Yup sure is but some time property sits for years in the market,,its like going fishing

Puerto Rico is in a cack 22 you buy but can't sale you can sale because government take 50%of sale to support the university if you a Fournier or USA citizens

Craps my brother in law will not work under $ 200 a day so everyone else

Peaple in Puerto Rico are lazy you never get labor help
