North thailand has lovely weather and fantastic air quality and Chinese people are rushing there in big numbers. Lovely place really. International schools are China focused.

Very nice grout job on the tiles in the bathroom. However, those stairs do not seem "deep" enough for Farang Feet. Children, with their tiny feet, would have no problem in this townhouse. Stair tread should be 11 inches, minimum.

Wow, nice master!……pity not bigger downstairs……would have made lounge/ kitchen bigger by sacrificing the 3rd car space

Thats incredible price James. Down here you would not get a rai for 4.5 million. I would be tempted but cant afford another property still trying to move the one up North. Keep up the good work and I know your in the Uk enjoy your holiday.

Nice video. When driving through Thailand cities from dusk to about 10pm, I've noticed that there aren't any lights turned on in about 75% of the townhouses.

Great vid James. Wasn’t keen on the first one but really liked the 4bd one - never seen that sort of sectioning off the kitchen in that manner before. Loved that multi-level upstairs and the bedrooms being en-suite. Our pet-hats though, if the front door landing you directly in the living space was the Only negative - although I wonder if they’d let you build a small porch? 🤣 Take care mate, assume you probably in UK now, so hope journey was smooth. 😎👍

How fo you wash and rinse dishes with one sink? I never understood that design 😅

Nice spec but some of the bedrooms looked a bit small to me. Did anyone notice that none of the bedrooms and bathrooms.had doors fitted? A little sales trick to make the rooms look more spacious. 🤔

Nice thanks for the tour James! Although I'm not a fan of townhouses that was nice. It occurred to me though....Thailand should offer Town-homes same as condo's to Falang's if 51% rule is met. Say a four unit building has 3 sold to Thai maybe allow the 4th to be owned by falang 555 😉

sadly we farangs can't own land...

Should have built less car park and more house in that second one!

That kitchen is tiny in the second house!!…..plus who has fabric blinds in an outdoor kitchen……full of grease and filth in no time!

The first property is nice, but... Get rid of the wall between the kitchen and the dining room. Then there's no need for a back door. Room for some cabinets. So many houses have kitchens as an afterthought. Very poor form That little bit of beard you have dyed grey makes you look very distinguished.😊
