@@bareq99 he said normally you have shrines, which is not normal for the Zelda franchise at all. You had dungeons from the very first one on the NES. Perhaps Windwaker was a bit different with it's minidungeons but even that game had 2 big ones too.

I think the thing I enjoy the most about this Zelda above others is how ENGAGING it is with the use of the motion controls. It adds just enough of an extra challenge to make you feel like your growing and honing your skills as a swordman/bowman to become the legendary knight.

1st time playing this awesome game. It’s already one of my favorites in the franchise. Refreshing to be in such an concertedly epic quest after the open endedness of Botw. I feel like that was missing, and this title ties into that game in SO many ways - it was the perfect follow-up.

@@angryface39 If EA can release the same game every year for full price. Nintendo can release a 10 year old masterpiece for the exact same price. I was a bit skeptical myself when i first went to buy it for the switch but it grew on me so fast. Dungeon design was incredible. Story and development was phenomenal, and most of all the atmosphere in the later parts of the game were flawless. Definitely one of my favorites out of the ones I've played.

This game definitively has my favorite dungeons: Out of the 7 in the game, I only consider the first two: Skyview Temple, and Earth Temple to be just "ok", while the rest are AMAZING, the two I love the most being: Sky Keep, and the Ancient Cistern.

It’s an absolute masterpiece. Period.

@@caswellweird Man they aren't abusing his methodology. I actually had a ton of fun playing Skyward Sword HD. That quote is more than a quote, it's a fact. Not all of us can afford to buy a vintage console with the game on it or feel like emulating. So in all honesty, I'm actually kinda glad they're porting.

My two favorite parts of this game are the music and the story. Both are just so good and a major reason this game is as awesome as it is!

I played this on switch for the first time and this is one of my favorite games. Don’t know where all the negativity comes from

It being a lackluster port for the price, not the game itself. Even then the game has some glaring issues that can’t be fixed with a remaster. But maybe they’re not noticeable on your first playthrough.

This game is soul changing. It really is one of the best in the series and absolutely loved it on the Wii, even better on the Switch. I still remember crying at the very end credits.

I didn't get the chance to play this 1 back in the day so I'm very excited

It turns all your bad feelings into good feelings. It's like smelling the fresh spring Iowa air early in the morning. It makes me want to be a better person for the love of humanity.

I just want all of the games put together in one package so I can just replay them all like I used to every winter with my Wii/GameCube .

The close and open dungeons have a unique appeal. Also the level design with the tools is refreshing. The way the story is told is also above average and possibly one of the best Zeldas ever.

so glad to see we got wind waker and all those cool animal crossing new horizons updates, I especially loved all the cute items that were added for the legend of zelda anniversary, so glad it was celebrated so massively it being such a huge franchise with a massive community! and the new pokemon games and remasters look so good with their cutting edge graphics, thank you nintendo

I play Skyward Sword because my friends recommended it to me and I want to play every Zelda game

Skyward sword is amazing I love this game so much this and twilight princess are my top Zelda games

It's because it was my favorite game to play on the Wii as a kid

@@cappy2282 honestly I don't get the love for this game and yes I recently replayed it as well, but the game plays out like this, go to the same area you've visited 3 times already, do a dungeon, fly to the same area you've flown to repeatedly and then repeat with minor variation. The gameplay in skyward sword is awful and lazy and if it wasn't a zelda game it wouldn't of got away with it. The story is its only redeeming feature.

@@yusuo lol for sure continuing to go to the same area over and over again is ridiculous like wtf?...but like I said I thought it was pretty cool (Skyloft was tight 👌). I will say the I played (not counting the 2d zeldas) OOT, Majoras Mask and Botw and would definitely put Skyward sword at the bottom of the list but it was still solid IMO. I'll definitely reply it sooner or later

Ballad of the Goddess is still one of my favorite Zelda tracks. And it's been remixed a far amount of times within the game and Smash Brothers. And the relationship Link and Zelda share is very fun compared to the usual save the princess dynamic...... Though that girl needs to learn when not to push a guy off a ledge.

I super agree with Jirard and all these non-Jirard people - Zelda's and Link's relationship, the story, the music, the art direction, and Koloktos are all amazing parts of this game! 🥰

It’s a underrated gem imo and where honestly it has the best combat system, bosses, dungeons, puzzles, items, swordplay, and world as a dungeon design. Mechanically and gameplay wise along with swordplay is ahead of it’s time and is a masterpiece imo. I’ve been a fan of Skyward Sword since 2011 and imo the hate it’s always got never felt deserved!

I love the Legend of Zelda Game's I wish the all Zelda Game's coming out on the Switch system and all HD

I love how Nintendo created an overpriced Amiibo to unlock a feature that should be included in the game

Bruh I have the nfc for the amibo. I used it twice. Theres always a statue nearby to go to the sky. Its actually near useless, stop regurgitating points lmao.

Nintendo would you please give us the Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess for Nintendo Switch has a physical cartridge with amiibo support and added new special features

Skyward Sword has the best storyline. it definitively is the Legend of Zelda. was also glad to see the characters in Hyrule Warriors. giving a well developed character playability is better then them be a cast character. such as the champions in Age or Calamity, which were more likable when they are playable.

I absolutely adore this beautiful game!!

I had never played the original on the Wii, but I just 100% Skyward Sword HD! At least I think I did lol I'm not sure to check if I got all the goddess cubes, but I definitely got everything else. It was an amazing experience nonetheless.

for me its like a never ending story

I'll be frank I played skyward sword for the first time on the Wii u about 2 years ago and I considered it to be my very favorite classic formula 3D Zelda however being so full of cutscenes it is also the most tedious to replay so being able to skip cutscenes and speed up dialogue really helps the experience

Skyward Sword HD in particular is such an unpredictable game. It's more than just explore, dungeon, explore, dungeon. There are set pieces that make the game infinate. I wasn't into the art style and graphics back than but now in HD, I see and feel what they were going for. I enjoy the tension of the silent realm, the world building of the scavenger hunts. The bosses and dungeons stuck out. The sound track and story are one of my favorites ever. It's great to see the Also if it weren't for Skyward Sword, Breath of the Wild wouldn't be the game it was when it released. Nice to see the brand ambassadors being given this. A little surprised to not see Zelda Dungeon, Zelda Universe, Miss Click, HMK and Game Over Jesse at this.

But I was going insane with the controls - I tried ditching the motion and found it really aggrivating and upsetting. I could tell it was going to be a good game but I just can't stand poor controls.
