Why do people think Soldier Boy and Maive were dead? All he did was blow up like he's been doing all season which doesn't kill him and only took Kimiko's powers. So them both being alive makes sense.

Kimiko flew a few feet, while Maeve dropped about 100+ feet, powerless. Not to mention that this blast was way stronger than all the other ones we've seen Soldier Boy dish out, so... I guess both assumptions are understandable.

Im rewatching this show season again and thinking with all the other superheroes franchises doing their sht. This is some masterpiece that everyone should take notes about it. Great to see your great editions Mr. O'Dell

One thing that is potentially terrifying, is that Homelander might be stronger and more powerful than his father Soldier Boy - so does that mean that Ryan could be even more powerful and stronger than Homelander?? Also, you notice that most of these "supes" have at least one regular human parent. So what happens if two supes create offspring? Will that baby natural be a supe and how powerful would _they_ be??

I think Homelander is stronger than Soldier Boy just because he was made in a lab and probably was injected several doses of compound V, but Ryan being the first natural born super does make him potentially stronger than Homelander

Facts I had to rewatch this

Soldier boy is the best character in this series no doubt.

The way Homelander looks at Todd like “oh…. Oh?” Just the blank “really?” look… just perfect acting. Perfect expression.

Like I said before I don't see soldier Boy as the enemy here despite Homelander being his son and Ryan being his grandson too, he was still willing to keep his word because everything is Billy's fault for screwing up the plan since now they have nothing to take down homelander since that plane video is useless now and his Fans still love him after straight up killing a man in front of Ryan in the ending with Ryan's smile mostly I didn't get starlight and MM's plan because if they take down soldier Boy(Like they did) then how will they take down homelander??? Especially since starlight's plans failed that got supersonic killed before she finally told the truth and quit not to mention black Noir was wasted potential by not seeing his face after 40 years since Soldier Boy gave him serious brain damage seeing cartoon characters like he was very schizophrenlc and killing him before he had the chance to confront soldier boy and now Queen maeve is out of commission losing her powers. Again Butcher screwed everything up back in episode 3 after what he said to Ryan, Becca(even though she's dead) is very disappointed in him now. Way to Go Billy

Go back to school and learn what punctuation is for. I’m not counting, but that was about 400 words with two periods, a single comma, and a single use of questions marks, but tripled up. I’m not perfect, but damn. That was so hard to follow I just gave up half way in.

Of course soldier boy is alive. How many time has he used his juke and survived. It just weakens him a bit

I think Ryan is like Frodo and Homelander is Gollum with split personalities. Gollum turned nice and told his evil side to fuck off because now he had Frodo who cared about him. As long as Ryan is with him and doesn't turn or get killed I think Homelander will be "good" because Homelander just wanted love and a family. He's got both now. Ryan is his link to Humanity, just like Dark Homelander said.

Honestly, a way they could have worked this out to be more consistent with his previous characterization of wanting to have kids and raise them better than his dad did him would have been Soldier Boy wanting to take Ryan with him and raise him instead of Homelander. Not saying that he would be great at it or it was the right call, we don’t know, but if Soldier Boy said it and didn’t try to fry Ryan with Homelander it could have worked and be a reason for why Butcher still fights against Soldier Boy

Some of those reactions were agravating to watch. Nobody should have rooted against SB. He got betrayed straight up. But her convinced him to kill his biological son but tiod him not to kill ryan who is not even his child. SB had more rights to Ryan than butcher. Its also fair to point out. Ryan very well might have survived the blast. He had homelander in front of him.
