I think she’s just really good at hold a grudge over what she feels is a major lack of trust. She probably gets that he needs to save people but the fact that he lied to her every time about having to do it instead of trusting her, his partner. Not only that but most of the lies would only work on someone with the IQ of a toddler. She probably tried to keep it in, but ended up resenting him for the lies and lack of trust to the point that she was done. I wonder if she had trust issues in the comic? . . . Or at least that’s how I would interpret Amber’s reaction in order for it to match up with the rest of her character.

Yeah, I dunno what the hell the writers were thinkin'. and I'm so glad the majority of folks saw straight through her BS. Not gonna lie, watching Invincible again for the reactions, Amber and Mark's "moments" are pretty boring. Nothing of substance happens between the two.

8:51 Omni-man grabbed Donald's spine and was going to break it because he always thought of Donald as "spineless" and cowardly, however, before Omni-man could do it Donald sacrificed himself going out with a bang and proved Omni-man wrong: he was a brave dude who served Cecil to the end.

I know these are A LOT of hard work to put together but I selfishly hope this last reaction episode for Invincible doesn't take overly long to arrive. These have been my fav reactions with the latest shows being covered.

@@DaftPunkSkittle Right. Her leaving would have been justified if that's what she decided to do. As you said, a mature person would've went to Mark and talked it out once the truth was known. Clearly, finding out that he is Invincible would've explained all the times he was late and she should've realized that a secret identity exists to allow him to have a normal life. Finally, they'd only been dating a few months. For her to expect Mark to tell her his biggest secret after just a few months of dating is red flag material.

2:37 "I actually am happy she is taking a stand." Is this woman dense? She isn't taking a stand she is revealing now that she is selfish and has no empathy for Mark's own responsibilities or issues. As if him nearly dying 3 times while saving lives is somehow a blemish on his character.

Its funny watching the guys vs the girls react to ambers "interesting" character development. The whole amber being aware of marks powers, yet still getting mad at him for saving the world from an asteroid or cyborg attack.

It isn't so much that he didn't have time for the relationship that fans have a problem with, it's Amber's attitude with the whole thing that rubs people the wrong way. For starters, if she knew he was Invincible why didn't she confront him about it so they can have a proper conversation and figure things out, secondly, with knowing the truth why would she act so vindictive towards him doing superhero things which we've seen are very life-threatening. And finally, her snide and rude comments towards him were completely unnecessary and unjustified for someone whose intentions were to protect someone he cared about. In the end, Amber was pretty narcissistic because she was upset that she, "the bestest, smartest, prettiest best girl in the world", wasn't told immediately that he's a superhero and had other things to worry about about about than just her. If she couldn't handle dating a superhero then she should have been upfront about it, don't string him along and see what lengths he'll go through to stay in her good graces. A good example would be Red Rush and his wife, it wasn't perfect but they were honest about it and they both talked about their problems with the situation.

It takes one hell of a narcissist to think you're the only chance someone has. Obviously he would be perfect for Eve as they both understand the struggles they are facing, where as Amber has placed her personal desires over literally everyone else. Her one decent move of feeding soup to people is kinda overshadowed by the life risking rescue effort Mark and Eve and Kate put in. And if she knows he was a hero, and called him a coward for saving his best friend, she's a piece of shit. She's not owed his personal secrets he's just coming to grips with, and clearly she's not the right girl for Anyone but Ta-Nehisi Coates....

Rex turned from most hated at the beginning of the show to being liked by the end of season 1. He some how managed to surpass Amber, which is a pretty impressive feet considering how annoying he was
