Gilly has several charities, She's very generous. Also she buys and remodels houses and resells them. She's not afraid of hard work. When she knew she would be typecast in the US she went to UK and took work anywhere she could, doing indie films, stage plays, etc. All in all, she's a super fine person. I wish her all the luck in the world. She deserves it, unlike many celebrities.

That's very harsh on David he was with the show for 8 years you know, and if you listened to what he says regarding the show he is so sincere and he remembers everything and it's clear never thought of going on to "greater things" than x-files and what it represents in his mind, unlike Gillian in fact, though i love Gillian and understand how she feels about x-files, David gave so much of himself to the show, personally...etc

She grew up in the UK Though, That ended up working out for her. I'm glad she's gone on to do other stuff outside of the x-files. She's really expanded herself and is very professional now. She's more sought for than Duchovny is now. He was the big Star on the show and she played the "supporting role" and left the show cause he thought he could do greater things.

I think gillian's an air head albeit a very good actress. I'm pretty sure David was tired of being Mulder and aimed higher after the 7th season, but I agree he's more protective of the show and it's material then Gillian. He's a more intellectual person than she is...He on the verge of getting a master in literature from like Yale when he chose to drop out and pursue an acting career. and started getting roles quickly consider he was at least 25 or 26 when he officially decided to be an actor.
