This is a huge song. Good addition in your resume Sushant. You won't get this song in first go... Litrelly. Many sleepless nights I spent listening to this master piece of Ustad Sb and Ali Azmat. Trust me this ain't ordinary!

Masterpiece of Rohail Hayat then rest

The first guy who started the song “sawaal” is Ali Azmat!! He was the main vocalist of the Pakistani famous band junoon. He also sang “ye jism hai tou Kya” for the Bollywood. Peace out guys:)

Oh bhai, one guy is asking a question (sawaal), the mysteries in the universe and then the answer comes (kande utte) about a lover that is waiting but her partner never shows up. This is a sufi mystic setting with the moral of the story being haqeeqi ishq, meaning God is always waiting for a certain someone to manifest the yearning and the willingness. The treatment of the rendition is westernized that is what I mean in one of my other comments, that most ppl don't get it as our ears are tuned to a certain sort of groove whether that is traditional desi music, mystical genre, rock, metal, pop, filmi but the real creativity lies in the experimentation and breaking boundaries, this is what Rohail tried to do in this season. I don't care why it was not a popular season coz popularity is not what I go after, its the creativity and talent that inspires interest in me.

From Coke Studio season 6 check out Khabaram raseeda & Rabba ho... These two songs in my humble opinion are not just the best songs of this season but all coke Studio seasons. Like if you agree👍

Lovely reaction. I would recommend Coke Studios Mirza by Arif Lohar. It's a bit of a forgotten gem and a bit hard to find on youtube but it's my favourite Coke Studio song as it reminds me of Chemical Brothers Hey Boy Hey Girl
