Both have a backstory relating to a bagel. Both were put through a lab accident as a result of the protagonist’s actions, resulting in them gaining powers that allow them to teleport to other universes, creating chaos and destruction in the space time continuum with no remorse to get revenge on the protagonist. Quite a few connections I think
