Ойын-сауық
Action Force fans, we want to hear your voice. We are looking at introducing an additional option for purchasing the Cover Ops Condor figure without Action Points. Check out the video for the details and let us know what you think.

My opinion as a actually a mostly inbox collector . I probably wouldn't change the program as it's great and exciting to get something special. If you want that figure it is what it is by removing the points from your boxes. Just a thought , but maybe start putting cardboard point coins inside the box.

Yes! Cardboard points INSIDE is a fantastic idea. You still have to open the box, but at least it is not destroyed.
@JAbell1966

Perhaps put the points on one of the inside flaps that way points aren't lose and possibly forgotten at the factory but won't affect the outward appearance of a closed box.

Yes, do it. As a collector who keeps most of their figs inbox and still cut out all the points to get the mail away, I wouldn't mind if the premium price point option was offered to other collectors. It's a really great figure, and I can't wait to pose him alongside my Gary Busey "Chuckles" from Hasbro.

You get 2 Action points for this comment.
I don't mind paying $44.99 at all. There are a bunch of Valaverse figures I want but none are in stock anywhere and you said it would be like $300+ dollars to get the points but at secondary market pricing it's more like $600 to get the points you need. In my opinion letting the people with the points get it at $15 and having everyone else pay $44.99 is very fair. If you do this I will %100 buy one.
@raypaz2947

$15? Plus the shipping which was about the same. It was $30.

I think is is fair also but I'm more concerned about all the figures I missed out on that I no longer in stock and have to pay 40 to 60 for figures I want. I would much rather give the company that money rather then a scalper

I got 2 for $38 shipped, so $19 a piece. I sent in 40 points, I am troop builder, so have plenty of points. I don't have a problem with him selling them for $45 to collectors that don't buy as many figures or just getting into the line.

I think it's a very good idea. I have no problem paying $45.
As painful as it was for me to cut up my boxes, I liked the barrier to entry and appreciate the figure more because of it. It's reasonable IMO to re-issue Cov Ops Condor 6 mo - 1yr after the initial release at the higher price point, but no sooner. I would change the box design and change the included accessories so the Action Points version is more rewarding. A unique stand would be sufficient.

Well said
Seems like a fair option that satisfies a wider variety of fans. It is rare and pretty cool that Valaverse is flexible enough to consider changing promotions (and even lowering prices on certain figures). Getting AF figures in the hands of more collectors seems beneficial to Valaverse and new and old fans alike. Thanks for considering new approaches
I was a mail away kid. Whether it was Star Wars, Predator, or Match box. I enjoyed the anticipation and the payoff when I got to open my prize. I am new to the line and do not have the points to get Covert Ops Condor so I feel for new fans or eager recruits who threw out the packaging. Yes offer the premium option. I know its not my decision but this is a conscientious move and speaks volumes on how you see your customers. 🥁✌️
I think that a good compromise would be a time window for the point specific offer. Like maybe 4-5 months for those who send in Action Points then after that window with any remaining stock gets set with the premium price for fairness. Seems like a fair deal as someone who did the Action Point way at Valacon.
I love this idea. Got mine with points but everyone should get a chance. That said, to those who are worried about exclusivity, would printing something on the box to differentiate the mail away from the retail bring you on board? That way there is still the exclusivity, but allows for others to get the figure as well.

@navymusician822

I like the idea too, and while I know people like exclusivity, gate-keeping, to me, is a negative aspect of collectors and I don't think it should be encouraged. Collecting is supposed to be fun, and a big part of that fun is being able to say "hey I have that figure he/she's awesome!" and ideas like that.
I like the throw back aspect of the mail away promotion, awesome way to get a cool figure. But, if the box collectors are willing to pay the extra premium for another box, letting them do so doesn't affect me at all😁
I think it's a good idea and I explain that: I live in Italy, to send points to you and paying to receive the figure is nearly the same price of your offer, so when the promotion will be active I surely buy it.
In the old days almost every mail-away figure was either released at retail going from a mailer box to mainline packaging or it was offered for sale through a mail-in offer after the initial free-for-points offer had run it's course. There were a few I remember that offered a choice of free-for-points or for a price from the start.

Not in a sarcastic way - Do you know of any examples of a mail away becoming mainline? I guess Boba Fett? Wasn't the redesign Cobra Commander a mail away? Also, any examples of Free-for-points or for a price from the start?

@@BillyBob-ee6xx Yes, Boba Fett and every Star Wars figure that was offered as a "freebie" (granted Anakin and the Emperor were pretty rare on cards but they were made). Kenner was planning the same with their other lines but most of the lines were cancelled before the freebie figures could get a normal release (Belloq, Clark Kent, the Police Academy figure). I didn't start collecting Joes until '87 so I may have this wrong but Duke was a mail-in first if memory serves. I know Cobra Commander was available by mail first but I think the colors were changed for the carded version and the mail-away was changed to the hooded version after that. As for points or cash items I believe that the 12" Joe Colton figure was handled that way but my collection of catalogs and paperwork were lost in a house fire so I don't have them to check anymore.
I am fine with it :) thanks for being awesome Valaverse. Even though I am one of those that saved up their points diligently, I really do think in the end this will help push the collector base forward and expand the penetration into the marketplace for valaverse which will ULTIMATELY be great for all of us.
This is your company Bobby and I can say as a fan and a collector thank you for considering all fans. You do what you feel is right. At the end of the day, your business thrives off of sales. We know this, we already appreciate you giving back to us in so many ways. 🙏

agreed. I'm always for getting more figures in the hands of fans.
Great idea… always looking out for your customers regardless of what type of collector they are. You didn’t even have to make this video explaining your thought process of why you would or wouldn’t do this. Very cool that you’re taking into account your fan bases take on this. I do prefer the option to buy with a higher price point with no points needed. But regardless, I support either model (And Valaverse in general). Because of competition, it just makes everything that much more enjoyable!!!
I have a couple of Action Force figures and would be grateful for this option. Even if the price point was higher than $45. The ones who have followed the original rules need to have their effort respected.
There’s new collectors coming in everyday especially with doofy chuckles. Offer it at premium and get new buyers.
@maybetoby

You're not wrong about Doofy lol
Getting it for cheaper is still a reward for those with points so I think a premium price is a good compromise. This is the kind of thing that made me finally get my first Action Force figure just last week (Sgt Slaughter version 2). You’re doing a great job with your company and this line and I’ll be rewarding that with more patronage. Likely with this figure as one should you go through it.
I have couple comments I hope are considered. 1st im a MIB collector but was able to get points from a couple follow action force collectors to get covert ops Condor. However I think the points required are too high for the figure reduced by about half. Asking people to buy 10 figures to 1 for $14 seems really high. Purpose of the mail-in in the 80s was to promote the next wave. Often times the mail-in would be available later in reagular line so think the premium price would be fine. 2nd maybe the points could be upgraded to be scan code somehow. Coke does it with thier point system. You scan something on the bottle and point are added to account. No more counting for valaverse, no points lost in mail, and no postage to send them in.

QR code for this would be fantastic! Great idea.
Great idea. Very cool of you to open up the promo to new comers without alienating those who were there from day 1. Rock on!
I purchased mine with action points but I see no problem anybody willing to pay extra to get one. Let's make some people happy! These are toys after all! They are made to bring joy to people! If I didn't have the points, I would love a chance to own this amazing figure! Thank you sir! Hello from the far away Cyprus!!!
I think it’s a good call to make Condor available w/o points. Your dedication to the fans is beyond reproach, sir!
I say go for it. I sent in my points and followed the instructions; but I will never stand in the way of another collectors pursuit of the hobby.
I like the option of either paying the premium price or if you want , use your points for a reduced price as an incentive to do it the throwback way . Once again you have done what no other company has done, you’ve asked the customer for feedback to make items more accessible and giving the fans what they are asking for. Keep it up!
I think having the figure available without points is great, especially for new collectors. I mailed in my points. I love the idea of special figures for us with points. I think that should continue then after a period of time if stock allows go with the premium option. That’s a great idea!
Bobby, huge fan of AF ! I sent my points from Canada and received my covert Condor without any issues ! I think that charging a premium fee for the item (without the points) is fair. I feel that the MIB collectors may feel a bit cheated, but it is impossible to make everyone happy. At the end of the day you are trying to make your line more accessible to the customers. Keep up the awesome work and I completely trust your judgement on the final decision - Alexi

@@alanrussette2819 Never had real issues with customs, I do not recall getting a charge on delivery like sometimes from ebay or amazon (US). I would recommend it ! First off, it’s your company, so whatever you feel is right is the way to go. I think it’s pretty cool that you’re taking in our feedback before making a final decision. :) I’m one of your customers who followed the rules and sent in my points to get this mail away figure. I thought it was a fun trip down memory lane as far as saving points and getting a special mail away figure, but I also feel for the mint in box collectors of this line, and I’m sure there’s plenty of them that have supported the line with much more purchases than me, who I’d hate to think they’re missing out on this figure. If the $44.99 without sending in any points is the consensus, then so be it. The main thing is getting as many of these figures into the hands of as many fas as possible. Personally I think it’s an excellent compromise in more ways than one: 1) people who did send in their points have their figures by now, for the most part 2) MIB collectors and those that didn’t save their action points get the chance to purchase this figure 3) new fans of this line can purchase the figure without having to wait until they’ve collected the 20 action points, if they so choose 4) as long as there’s still product available, those who didn’t quite have enough action points yet can still take advantage of the mail away offer once they’ve reached 20 action points. I think it’s a win-win all the way around. No point on the Valaverse warehouse sitting on unsold stock of this exclusive because there’s potentially plenty of MIB collectors unable to get this item without ruining their MIB collections. I’ll never understand the action figure fan with the mentality of “I don’t want other fans to have what I have “. We should be in this together, making sure we all can have the collections we want, without any gatekeeping. I hope all that want to purchase this figure can get one, regardless of sending in the 20 action points or not.
That is a great option I really appreciate that thank you
I love that you are making sure everyone has options to get Condor. And I love that you are making extra of the first wave! Can't wait for those to hit again!
I like the idea of a premium price, and also a 2 or 3 month delay. I didn't have the points for UC Condor, I posted about that, and someone offered to mail me the remainder to fill the gap. I made a friend, and got an action figure. I'm gonna be buying a bunch of figs this year, so, I should be good for next year, plus I might be able to help out someone else. I see it as a good opportunity to build community.

It’s awesome you’re giving all the fans the option to get this guy if they don’t have the points! Keep running the game like a boss!
It's a fair solution that allows fans to end up with a complete collection. In my day it was the Action Man Mountie-- I could never figure that one out! Keep up the great work!!!
I'm new to the line and would love the opportunity to get this guy, but I can see how people could feel upset. That being said, uh, I'd still like the figure. Would be down to pay a little more if it meant a new person like me could still get the opportunity for an awesome figure like this
first up, this Condor blows Chuckles away. i love it! i sent in 40 pts and it was painful to cut that many boxes. i would've preferred this option but the damage to my boxes is done. i wish you'd send an extra Condor or Coupon to any one who sent points already. then proceed with the new $45 offer.
Yes! Fantastic idea! Please offer the figure without action points.
I'll be totally honest here- I'm one of the new collectors who just doesn't have the points yet. I've only got 6 (from Pandora, Eclipse and Kill-Switch) so this would be a great offer so new people can get the figure and long-time collectors are rewarded for their patronage. The only downside is I was able to get Classified Chuckles when he went up on Pulse Friday so atm Condor isn't as needed as he would have been say a week ago-at least for me. I vote to go ahead and do it as I'm sure there are a ton of fans who want Condor over Chuckles to keep the same Vala look in their collection, but for me at the same price point Chuckles accessory load out and packaging make him the better choice for me. But thank you for considering to offer the figure like this so everyone can get one! It really shows you can about your fans!
Yes great idea, have been looking at this aftermarket on eBay. Would GLADLY pay the premium price to get this figure. For those that have the flag points good on ya! Honestly didn’t think points would be worth anything. Now that I know, noted and will keep points going forward.
I am all for folks getting this great figure in their hands.
knock the price down a bit more. maybe to 40. and honestly either way it'll be a much better option than having to go to a scalper to get the figure. I'm all about putting figures in fans hands and offering a deep discount to people with points makes sense to me. maybe make a window of like 3 months for each release so the points people can make sure they get it.
Bobby, I think it’s a good idea. I am new to the line and don’t have points yet, and this figure is really cool. I want one. I would get it if it becomes available without points. Thank you for always listening to the fans. You have one of the best toy companies in the industry because of how you do business. Kudos
Will all other future 'mail aways' also be offered for sale later? If so then this is no big deal, I'm glad to see everyone have a chance to get any figure. Mail away would just be early access. I prefer this, no exclusives. If I had known this would be available for $45 in 6 months I would have saved my points for future actual exclusives. Maybe those of us who sent in points can get 6-10 action point credit toward future true exclusive mail away if those will occur.
I am fine with it. I think its cool you asked the fans, but do what is best for business Bobby. If you think it will help you sell more by all means. The more you sell the more cool stuff you can make and that is what I am all about. I love this figure and was super excited to do the mail away. Thank you for making such a cool new brand! I love this world you have created. Keep on crushing it!
I love these figures, hope you keep making more.
Just keep it mail in points. It makes it more special. You're already pleasing the fans, and promotions like this are fun and special, releasing it at retail, as is, would cheapen it
Oh my God that's awesome. I talk to you at a convention in Massachusetts not that long ago and mentioned this issue to you. It's amazing that you're addressing it. I am an inbox collector and it killed me to cut out those points haha. So this is an amazing idea. Thank you so much if you decide to do this. Another reason to stick with this line.
I think it’s a great idea. It gives everyone an opportunity to get a great figure. Your dedication to the fans of this line is what make Action Force the best toy line today in my opinion. Keep up the great work.
The Action Points thing was a very cool throwback for those of us who actually participated in that type of thing decades ago, but I fall into the category of those who got into the line super late. I honestly would love to get that figure, especially to pair him off with Hasbro's Chuckles, and am willing to pay the premium price if that's what it takes. It's certainly a way for you to get more use of that tooling and reach an even bigger audience. I'm sure there are people who would got this through the points, but would love to get another one, so this would also be good for them too. So glad you've considered all of the scenarios, and are listening to fan feedback!
At first I was perturbed… then I was glad you offered this. Don’t change the product, no points needed, help out those that didn’t get it, but don’t charge more than ole chuckles. Decide early how to do the next mail in exclusive and don’t change the plan half way through it. Cheers.
I agree with putting a cardboard point coin in the box to keep a intact box. I like the idea of mail in. Brings back memory's of collecting mail in and the anticipation of getting figure. Keep up the great work can't wait to see what's next.
I’m all for it. Anyone who was going to use their points probably already did. If they’re on the fence this allows them to pay the premium price and keep their points for the next exclusive. And it allows others to jump on board. I say go for it.
I like the Idea. New to Action Force.
Yo, I really want this figure, but I'm not paying $45 dollars for it. That's a non-starter for me. But I understand the intent in wanting to keep the integrity of the offering for those that purchased it the way it was intended. I say offering it at all compromises that intent. What you should do is offer it with some alteration, rather it be a color swap or removing the sunglasses on the sculpt or something along that lines. $45 for the figure isn't the answer though. Hopefully there will be enough input from fans that you consider an alternative that doesn't cost as much as what you are proposing. I still like what you are doing and I appreciate Action Force being on the market.
Being outside of the US, it's very difficult to get Action Force at decent prices. Hence, getting the action points required for Condor is also difficult. The premium price makes sense for collectors that can't gather and send in points. Please do it! 😃
I'd like an option to purchase without points. I'm new to Valaverse, and it's gonna take a long time to get enough points anytime soon.
Thanks for asking for fan feedback. This is why we love you. I say offer Covert Ops Condor for $44.99. I’m saying that as someone that saved my points and got the special offer.
Great idea Bobby! All these types of mail in point offers should have an alternative option to buy it.
Yea this is a good idea. I’m new to this and would love to be able to get this figure. Thank you.
I just sent in my points for my two figs!!! And I’m excited!! I’m late to the game but I love this company!!! I need me a pandora, and warpath!!! Let’s go vanguard!!! Keep up the phenomenal work Bobby!!! I greatly appreciate you!!!
As someone who has only 10 action points, I think this is a fair price and fair approach for those who couldn’t get it and I agree that it’s in good consideration for those who did follow the rules.
I think what put this over the edge was the fact that the Chuckles or whatever that figure from classified looks very similar in terms of body. I would understand if that would kill the momentum of mail in concept and thus opened the door for this. Nevertheless, it just shows how much Valaverse has its pulse on the fans and listens to our requests.
i do wish everyone to get the figure, but we cut our boxes paid to ship them in. with the shipping and tracking to send points in, people buying for $45 are getting a great price. not a fan of any exclusives or limited stock. make the money bud, it is your company!
Appreciate what Bobby is saying here trying to accommodate all collectors but the Action Points gimmick just adds to the fun of the line.
First off, I love that you do things like this. What other toy companies big or small does this sort of thing? With that being said, I think offering it a “premium” price still doesn’t really address the inbox collectors, the collectors who threw away the box not realizing the point system (my category, I know I am a dumbass for that), and the new collectors. More so for the first two categories. We spent the money buying your products just like the guys who sent in their points. At the end of the day, the guys who sent in their points are already getting a deal buying the figure at $14.99. What other figure that you have put out is that cheap in price? Not even your basic “army builders” are that cheap in price. So I don’t see the issue with offering this Condor at regular price and how that would take away the integrity of the program to those who sent in their points. They are already getting their reward for purchasing this figure at $14.99 which is more than half the price of a regular figure ($31.99). Plus this figure comes with way less accessories than a regular figure. Like I said before, my points are long gone and sitting somewhere at the city dump site but I would be willing to give you my hard earned duckets ($$$) and purchase this figure for $31.99 (slightly more than twice the price that people who sent in their points paid for) and with less accessories than a standard figure. But that’s just my two cents. Plus I am sure there are some collectors who only had enough points to purchase one but wanted more and here is their chance to get multiples.
Yes, please offer it without the need for action points.
I think the premium pricing for this is a fair idea, for those who haven't been able to get the points needed. Worth it for a cool piece
more than fair price for those who don't have the points but also rewarding the hardcore collectors that saved points. personally I was fine with missing out on this for lack of points. its super cool you're doing this for other newer fans of the line. everyone save your points in the future!
That's a decent compromise for those poor unfortunate souls in an Action Point deficit. 🤔🤔🤔
Do it! I like the opportunity for additional collectors. Plus, I like the fact that you can move the pieces out of the warehouse, so you can replenish with new products. Like a brand new MASH line. I know, it's a brilliant idea. You don't have to thank me.
Covert Ops Condor isn't really my cup of tea, so I don't have a dog in the race, but I like the idea. However, in the future, it would be cool if the mail-in figure got some sort of unique accessory or stand to reward those of us who held on to our points.
I absolutely think it's a great idea. I love the figure but as a new collector I don't have the points to send in and honestly I don't mind paying that price for such a great figure. Also I love the fact that you guys are trying to be fair to those who did have the points. Good to see there are companies that still listen to their consumers.
I say do it! Everyone deserves a chance to own these great figures.
Great idea sir as I can add my first Action Force figure into my collection since the issues I had with the first run.
That is so cool of you!
I like the option you're proposing. the only thing I would add is that there is an exclusive window for people sending in the vala points. sell at premium a few months after going live so everyone who collected points can participate first. Sadly I bought enough figures, but never even noticed the points system like a dummy. My own fault.
If you plan on doing future mail-in promotions, please add 1 action force point to future weapons packs packaging. I was able to minimize cutting up my character boxes by using the basic troopers and gear kits first. But there are no points on the weapons packs.
You could have the points come with the figure but not sealed in the box or part of the box. Or perhaps it's a QR code on the box where a collector can add to their points stack online via a digi-loot format. It could keep track of the total points ongoing and be tied to a customer's account. When it's time to redeem points the database would have kept track of the points and Valaverse can sell the figure at the discounted rate when points are involved. If the person doesn't want to do the points option offer the figure at a higher price like you mentioned in this video. That way everybody wins. And major kudos to you for checking in with your customers for our feedback and suggestions.
$45 seems a bit high IMO for what we're getting. It's an awesome figure but that price seems a bit high for just a figure, pistol, holster and base. I think $30-35 would be perfect. And without a doubt keep the Mail Away Option available for people who want to go that route.
I think everyone should get a chance, but ... as a mint on card collector, I cut my boxes for this figure. If you can make it so the figure I have is different than that would be great. That being said, this is such a cool figure that I would like everyone to have a chance. Hopefully next mail away can be for people with points, and those without. Those with, get something worth cutting boxes, those without get the figure, just a little watered down. Bobby, you and your team are a true godsend in the toy world. Than you for all that you do.
Yes. Absolutely, figure is dope and I think actually merits a premium considering Classified Chucks is $42

This version is my preference to that of the Classified Chuckles, even without all the accessories Hasbro is offering. That is how much better the art that went I to this figure actually is. I hope eveyo6gets a chance to acquire one.
That sounds completely fair to all parties involved
I like this option!!! Kudos Bobby! 👍
I love your figure line and when my credit cards are cleared I hope to get a few.
I love the action points and I’ll be honest I only have 2 figs and had no clue the points are there to cut out. Can the point cards not be put in the box and not be apart of it instead?
I love this line especially because of how you interact with and respond to the fans. I love this option. I want that figure, I just don't have the points. I'm willing to pay that price for this figure.
Appreciate the ask for feedback. I don’t like any of the options. The point system is a fun throw back but I’d prefer if the points could be used for redeeming any figure just as a reward for those who spend that much. Then all figures can be made available to all levels of fans and not an exclusive or behind an inflated price. Being late to the line there’s many figures I missed out on but asking for more money on another standard release feels like I’m being taken advantage of. I was looking forward to Condor but didn’t realize it would be an exclusive kind of release.
Hey man you are doing great work thanks 4 the opportunity to get condore 😅he is awesome
Yes it’s a good idea. Since I may not have enough point for the next mail away figure. Thank you love the line.
44 seems fair. Thanks for reaching out to the community.
I love the idea. Paying a premium ($44) is reasonable for those that are MIB collectors and myself, who is not an absolute MIB collector, but I couldn’t bring myself to cutting into the boxes to remove the points. This is a good exception to the rule if moving forward, everyone knows with more certainty that there’s going to be something else to redeem via the points and mail away concept.
I think it's a good idea. I'm not going to use either method this time around. Just going to wait & see what the next mail away ends up being.
Yes, I like this option. I only have 1 Valaverse figure currently because I've had a lot of trouble being able to get them while in stock. Thank you.
The figure is awesome I have mine. My wife thinks it’s her fav of the assortment. As a not so wealthy collector I can’t get many figs. so I can feel some peoples pain there. If it was like a Free weapon pack or “pack rat” I might say that wouldn’t be cool. But loving him so much I would want fellow collectors to be able to get him that are unfortunate like me without hundreds of figs. I guess Condor is at $14 is a couple bucks above your production costs. He has more than a republic troop builder, but not as much as regular one. So offer it $25? 🎉 Unless you want to keep it in stock as the line grows and newer less economically fortunate collectors get the points up. But I’m guessing you might also want to clear as much out as you can for space. Just be sure to keep enough for those who still have points on the way for a month or so before releasing 😊 You could also open up more quantities for point purchases if it’s a space issue. Honestly can’t remember the cap.
I think it's a pretty fair premium price for collectors to pay for a figure they really wanted. especially for those who are on a budget
It's disrespectful to those of us that spent upwards of $250 to $300 to collect the points and then got 2 figures which is 40 points and $500 to $600 of purchases to obtain the points just to get the mail away
I’d say offer a point system inside the package or with the customer receipt!
I don't like the "new option" It takes away the excitement of collecting the other figures and wanting to save their points for other mail-ins! Just my opinion.
HI Bobby, I was one of your faithful fans did everything we were supposed to, to get the Covert OPS Condor. Which in the way you did it was brilliant! Thank You! I got 2 of course! Anyway you say some can't do it because they haven't been with your line from the beginning. Tell you the truth I feel for these people. There are other toy companies that aren't quite smart enough to come up with ideas like yours. I wish they were. Because I've missed quite a few because of their "EXCLUSIVES" I've been shut out to collect them at all. But if you go forward with giving another opportunity to purchase Condor this will definitely separate you from other toy companies. Remember this is just my opinion. Thank You Bobby I bow to you! 🙇♂️🙇♂️🙇♂️👍👍👍🤙🤙🤙🙏🙏🙏
Yes. THANK YOU for offering the $44.99 option without points.
Question. Is this mail away open to people in the UK is vala verse shipping to the UK because this is making it very hard to get invested into the line when you can't get product I only have 9 figures so far and half of them I had to pay inflated prices for.
Would definitely help combat the eBay scalpers! Totally behind it. Fantastic fan service BV!
I like the idea of a premium price to allow others entering the line to also be able to get this awesome figure. I don't think it ruins the experience for those of us who have been here for a while and have plenty of points. I'm looking forward to the next mail-a-way.
