    What I like about this house is that they have so much of storage space for toys / cloths for the kids. As compare to other tiny house I’ve seen, most storages are for the parents. And what I also like is that they have enough area for her kid’s bed. And if they still not getting new land / tiny house, they could always convert the loft storage into their kid’s private space once she get a little bigger.

    Beautiful and thoughtfully designed home. Great comment. When I saw their alcohol I immediately thought the same thing. They are so careful with safety which is great. But children unfortunately do get alcohol poisoning. It's appealing to try since adults are modeling it's OK to drink and children are great at immitating. A roll down lockable door in the back of the storage cabinet would solve the problem quickly.

    Wow assume! I have studied ALL types of Throws, Tiny Homes, RV, trailers, mini-homes, Van- living. I flipped two mobile homes then built two Tiny Houses, one Throw & one two-fer (A-clasd RV paired with a 14x20 Amish barn) with a bonus 10ft by 20ft camper. Love your Tiny House multi-family build. My law-situation family is not working out as loving as yours. Mother-in-law of 36 yrs has stiffed me twice on everything I should own, like acreage I have paid her for. All my obligations and fully paid for as contracted. I am about ready to walk away & join van life. My advice do everything with a lawyer. The day of the “ I am good as my word hand shake“ is over. • @andrewcunningham4009

    @andrewcunningham4009

    Lynette Douville we don’t use tanks (black/grey) of either kind. Solid waste is taken out of the toilet and disposed of. Urine is diverted into a French drain in the ground, along with the rest of the waste water in the house. It is diluted by all the non-Urine grey water, and put back into the ground.

Also, she knows that she doesn't like those things... coffee, beer, wine... she has smelled and has no interest in them. For now, this works, with the constant adult eye and presence that accompanies tiny living.

Obviously this nice couple would never put their little one in any danger and Andrew has expressed more than once that their daughter is always in the same room as them. I just think some people don’t realize how rude that is but I’m sure if others were to tell you how to parent you would not take to it either. What a beautiful set up. I can only imagine how much it fills grandma's heart to be so included with her growing family. I'll bet their daughter will grow to be mentally strong and not predisposed to developing some sort of mental illness later in life which stems from her childhood, like so many others. sylvia darbe we’ve since built her a custom wood one that she can move and manage on her own. Most to the folding plastic ones we looked at were either cheap and ugly plastic, or metal that was a bit too heavy for her. Problem solved now!

    Leipzig Escobar not necessarily legal where we are, either. But being in an unincorporated county area and not a city helps. And being respectful of the neighbors goes a long way too!

    Clorox is the best disinfectant and will not let the urine build up in the plastic container.....when used PROPERLY there is no chemical fumes and no chance of harming your delicate parts when urinating....safe for kids and adults when properly used.....there is no urine smell ever! However, you have to put forth an effort to keep the urine dumped and not let it sit in there for a long period of time....this ads up to an inconvenience for most all families these days.....it is something that requires a small amount of time in order to get an odor and bacteria free result...and that is NOT what modern day families deem desirable....it has to involve no work and no hassle in order to be considered usable...

    Wow. Just wow. You guys hit this one or if the ballpark. It's great that you were able to park that in a back yard n no neighbors yelling. The cool storage but still using "regular furniture" to adapt. I love the total closing of of the upstairs. Qu: 1)what is the actual interior dimension of your TH? I want to build one on a 10'x 30' trailer setup 2) Can you please add the house mfgr n others (stove, fans, toilet) to this video in your comment area? Some of us don't have instagram.
