YES ! Funniest thing I've ever seen in a 2 minute clip.Max Bygraves was The Host. He said Turkey, inexplicably, for the first question. which was " Item taken to the beach " After that by an hilarious co-incidence he had to name a Country competing in Europran Football Trophies, then a farmyard animal, then something that makes you think of Xmas and he kept on saying TURKEY !!

If he said "Turkey" for every question, I'm thinking it would be possible that answer showed up for a Eurovision song contest country, a nursery rhyme animal, a government position, and a slang word for a child. As far as a vegetable you chop up, turkeys do eat grasses and leaves, so turkeys are partly processed vegetables. Maybe not likely anyone would give that answer in the survey, but anything is possible.

Rigged! Luxembourg was the most successful Eurovision nation of all time when this was filmed. Would have been a top answer if people in the UK actually watched it.

It's actually a pretty tricky set of questions (once the top answers have gone), especially the nursery rhyme and government position ones. In neither case do answers leap out at you.

There was one particular incident on a Fast Money round on Family Feud with Steve Harvey where a man scored 182 points but the woman give out some good answers and the woman didn't scored a thing.

England shouldn't have been accepted as an answer to the first question - and I say that as someone who is English. There's a UK entry but not a separate English one.

Best one ever was when Les asked "name something you would put in a fruit salad" and the answer provided was "cucumber". I'm still laughing 30 years later... 🤣😂🤣

Also, this programme dates back to the 1990s, so Luxembourg may well have still been in it at that time. Anyway it's not easy to think of a good answer when you're under pressure like that.

That's the first time I have seen Les ask a contestant on The Big Money for an more exact answer on the government position question where the contestant just said minster and then had to changed it to prime minster.

He wasn't that bad.

He only said "turkey" three times in a row. He then said Hurricane Higgins for a snooker player but his sibling had already used that answer; he ran out of time before he could answer that question or the last one.

England has never been in the Eurovision contest , its the united kingdom that is represented , if scotland becomes independent , scotland will enter as Scotland and the remaining countries will enter as the usual United Kingdom.

still dont know why Les Dennis's career dropped while his minging fucking slag of an ex wife Amanda Holden went on to have an amazing carreer after sucking off Neil Morrisey behind Les's back. To be honest, he was under a looot of pressure as he repeated several of the answers from the first woman.

Better tell Ronnie Carroll, Kenneth McKellar, Lulu, Mary Hopkin, Clodagh Rodgers, Rikki, Scott Fitzgerald, Emma, Gina G, Bonnie Tyler, Jessica Garlick, James Fox and Lucy Jones they were singing for England at Eurovision. Ignorant boot, and so were the producers for allowing it.

Who the heck is Andy Pandy? I'm not from the UK, so I'm not really familiar with that answer. Also, while I've heard of the Eurovision song contest, Luxembourg isn't the first country that would come to mind who compete in it.

You know, I always thought the same thing. Max Bygraves always seemed like the English version of Richard Dawson to me, because they were by far the funniest hosts of this show on their respective sides of the Earth. After all, they hosted the most legendary episode of their respective shows. Dawson got the alligator, Bygraves got the Irishman and the Turkey. RIP, Richard Dawson and Max Bygraves.

I'm from the US, & on our version, called Family Feud, our hosts seem to be similar. Max Bygraves has a bunch of similarities to Richard Dawson, & the same goes for Les Dennis, who has a bunch of similarities to Ray Combs. Also, I don't think Max nor Richard has ever had a person get all 0's on the last round, but I know Ray has, & now I know Les has too...
