Easier said than done. The biggest barrier is decision making. The father being the father will resist the change and risks. Slowly and slowly you either adapt or have clashes. And this adaptation will cage you and make you totally dependent on your father’s decision and when the day comes for you to take full responsibility you’ll feel paralysed. I would not recommend anyone to come in family business esp if your father is not super supportive and has thoughts similar to you. Here 1+1 will be less than even 1.

I am also in my family business , what they are saying is definitely not wrong but are very rarely possible in India , Indian Fathers being the controller of every thing in the business and we end up being only helper or worker , the controlling behaviour of the father in the business also comes to the personal life of the person where father's takes every personal decision. That thing hurts when a person is an adult and has to be totally dependent on the father 😂.
Definitely Karen usme galat kya hai agar aapke pass empire hai toh usse grow kare.

Family will never support us(not all ) because they have a very chep and safe mindset 😢 They don't know the biggest risk always give a biggest reward

Punjab or maharashtra me sabse jyda Agriculture productivity hai fir bhi vahana ke log atmhtya ku Kar rahe hai
So when it comes to mindset. This clip has around 8k views in 2 week time and like is around 350. Thinking in other ways this clip is 'NOT' reaching the desired people. I felt this i may be wrong.
Pratham mittal has done only MBA he is giving his view with his perspective but wold is huge, you both don't know about ground level. Stop it.
