1. Not all taxpayers are marginally taxed at 30% each year. Maybe the savings belong to different years and are taxed at different rates 2. You are showing the double benefits of taxation. There js no cascading effect as such. 3. I get that this is coming from an article that shows that how much is a government earning from the car. 4. You may consider both of them having 100 as net income and then show the calculations. The difference will come to only 30% of 14 lakhs. 4.2 lakhs only. Not a 15 lakhs difference. 5. Individuals have a marginal tax rate and Companies are taxed at a fixed rate. This fact is completely ignored. 6. The cash inflows from tax savings are in the next 8 years. They must be discounted at the present value to arrive at the benefit Credit Dheer savla a final year CA student

Concept is right. But calculations and assumptions are wrong: 1. 15% Depreciation every year will be calculated on leftover value of car. So a total depreciation of 7.5 lakh can be shown. 12*0.85⁶=4.5(leftover value of car) 2. 100-7.5-8-2=82.5 82.5*.7= 57.75 So a saving of 12.25 (70 - 57.75) 3. Now, you are taking income tax as 30%. This is the highest slab rate. No one in the world pays 30% of its income as income tax flatly. There are exemptions. 4. Income tax rate comes out to be 10-20% for a common man. Lets take 15% of income is paid as tax. So for a salaried person Rs 15 is paid as tax out of Rs 100 income For a business owner, tax paid is 82.5*.15=12.375 Difference is 15-12.375=2.675 4. You can not show every household purchase as your business expense. It should match your business requirement. 5. Finally, I agree that there are tax benefits for business doing people, (I have experienced it first hand, my father has a business, and I am a salaried person) but the difference can come max to 4-5% of your income, and this according to me is justified because there are chances of incurring losses in business and when there is loss govt won't give you any reverse tax for that loss. So I think this 4-5% benefit is there reward for risk. Please let me know if I went wrong anywhere.

If you buy a car for X Rs/- then you save 90% on taxes....this means if you buy a 6yeras old lauch car today on company expenses you already had saved 90% on taxes....🔥🔥🔥🔥😊😊😊😊

Agar bade ho toh suno, Apka business hein & mein apka employee hu. Business mein profit mile ya loss, mujhe mera salary milege. Lekin aapko profit hi chaahiye nhi toh business doobega. Business is good when it is earning profit & has a future market, here you earn more but risk is also high. On the other hand salaried person receive fixed amount of income through out the years.

As per Income Tax Act 1961 If you bought any asset in any FY and "put to use " for less than 180 days you can claim half depreciation... In this case 15/2 i.e. 7.5%.... And for the subsequent year you can claim full 15% depreciation... Lots of Love ♥ bhaiyya..

What you are doing is a great initiative sir...but please make it clear ki with this strategy you'll be able to save only 30% of your total cost being the tax rates applicable on normal companies. With this your effective cost in case of a company will be 29 lacs less 30% over a life of the car.

How to save money? Just don't study. You will save more than 1 cr. which you can invest in STOCK market and get rich within a month. No rich man will tell you this because they want you to remain poor. Please stop studying and save CRORES. JAI HIND 🙏🙏🙏

@@parthjackson189 without study you can't invest 1cr smartly You are not sure that your 1 cr become 1 lakh or 10 cr But if you study and grabs the knowledge about stock market then you become more sure that you invest in a right company share which gives you to make 1...0 crores

Bhai agar march 2021 me car liya to usme 7.50% ka depreciation lagega , 180 days ke baad 15% lagta hai 31 march 2021 ko car liya or 1 april new account year hota hai to aapko kaise 15% mil sakta hai depreciation. Aapko only 7.50% depreciation milega. Last me aapne galat bata diya🙂🙂🙂
