But every time i look at games that released 2-3 Years before GTA5 came out i realize just how insane that game must’ve been back to play back in 2013.

@@GermansRuinedWT as someone who young and very hyped for gta 5 back then , yeah it felt like a big deal , honestly it felt more next gen and polished on the 360 than the ps4 and xb1 launch titles . Nowadays i don't consider gta 5 to be my favorite but back then it blew me away . Now obviously it had its issues like the world feeling a bit empty , not much interactions , very few accessible interiors , some cut features ..etc But if not for gta online i'm sure rockstar would'vr flashed out the singleplayer more and released some stoty dlc .

The only thing I dislike abiut these mods is they forget where Courier's guns are - two handed guns are on their back, one handed on their hip. In vanilla, Courier always unholsters their two handed guns reaching out his hand off-screen with a camera leaning left, while one handed guns are quickdrawn, therefore are quicker than two handed. It's that little bit if character vanilla animations had that modders missed

The lines in the sand look really really good, makes the Mojave look like a real sandy desert! What mod is that?

I love this mod but does anyone know how to fix the lever action rifle reload sound skip bug? I have it even without WAP. I only have a few performance and cosmetic mods installed. The showcase video for the animations mod didn't have that bug so I have no clue what's causing it.

one of the few issues I can see is the magazines and the shells clipping, otherwise, very awesome mods, both the reworked animations and the guns themselves, must haves for any playthrough by 9:07 I never knew that's what that part of the smg was used for

Its incredible how much newer the modded animations make the game feel

What animation mod lets you two hand all weapons? I tried Asurah but a lot of the gun animations are broken. I settled with DWA with HipControl to more center the pistols for now.

14:27 It's a shame that some of these animations have borked sounds (mainly the lever action guns) due to a bug with KNVSE, I noticed that the missing sound bug varies depending on your reload speed. For me, the sound was missing every second round (i.e. 1st bullet had sound, 2nd didn't, 3rd does, 4th one doesn't, etc.) but it seems that the faster your character reloads, the longer the gap between sounds becomes. I wonder if you set your reload speed to the lowest possible (1 agility) the bug disappears.

I am using JSRS 2.0. I'm also using Weapon Retextures from EVE, WTH - Weapon Textures from Heaven, IHWT - Improved Heavy Weapon Textures, Weapon Enhancement Pack (on FO3 Nexus), DKS and Friends and some other small retextures.

No one mentioned how “bro” forgot to aim doing the sights 😅

Kinda wish the character was trying even a little bit to contain the recoil to avoid looking like someone simultaneously shooting a gun for the first time, and somehow also being waaaayyy too nonchalant about it like they occasionally do in The Walking Dead. Other than that I really like how smooth these are. Almost too smooth though? There's a certain stillness to these animations that I can't see past. Like, sure they're cleaner by all means, but there's no grit, no imperfection. The unpredictability of the force behind shooting a gun has been swapped out for cleanliness and polish, but they've polished off the edge completely. Excessive muzzle flash isn't the only action I want to see on screen lol. When you squeeze a trigger it's gotta make the thing go "click click boom shakalaka" and it's got to be able to do that repeatedly without becoming static or bored at it. Or " zhmmm clink bzzt bzzt bzzt bzzt fizzzzsh" in the case of science tree guns lol. Gotta have a little "jank in the trank" in my opinion. Grit.

My only gripe with the animations is that they forget how Courier pulls out their weapons. Vanilla anims always show reaching Couriers hand behind his back, where his big guns are, while one handed weapons are quickdrawn from the hip. It's that little amount of character the modders missed

I love the new modded animations but it doesn't reflect the actual reload speed in the game sadly, or makes it slower

Only thing I dislike is the flashy holster and unholster animations on some of the handguns. It makes it hard to use this mod with immersion focused modlists like I prefer.
