@@pittraider1221 I don’t know if it’s the exact mod he used but Cross Crit Gore-verhaul by Niero is at the very least similar and you can set it to always do the “crit” kill and burn them to a skeleton or pile of ash/goo

It's also referred to as the "Biggest, Finest Revolver" on their website. They really like putting emphasis on how big it is. It also shows 45 LC and .410 as an option and it would be cool to see a shotgun as a handgun option.

The fallout one c96 Mauser animation is correct. The original models did indeed load from the top via stripper clips but later models featured selector switches for full auto and detachable magazines that were inserted in the bottom of the gun foward of the trigger guard.

Some weapons you didn't cover but do exist as mods. Gauss Pistol: there's a port of FO76 Gauss weapons on gunnetwork, including the gauss pistol. Granted it has been ripped from that game, so I don't think you can cover it..idk maybe actually. Microwave emitter: it's in the point lookout mod for fallout 4 pulse gun: there's a mod on nexus called the LAER which is basically the pulse gun and if you add the pistol grip.

Dude I had no idea that the original pistols were so well thought out, they not only had such unique story’s and history but they’re all so grounded and realistic, wish the newer games were more like this.

By classic,i expected only Fo1 and 2. There were 2 possibilities i thought of: -One mod for each pistol: -All mods for each pistol. You have exceeded my expectations, can't wait for SMG's.

@@Mutant_Mods Ye, you've gotta be more efficient. Would reduce the time spent on them,while delivering cleaner information for the slower part of the audience. You could try sharing the script with somebody who has the minimal knowledge in regards of grammar to properly help you (that'd be me(just kidding, I'm the kind of person that uses long words to seem smart))and that you trust. Needless to say, they'd need to fluently understand and communicate in English, although,i doubt you don't know people who meet that requirement. And the jokes are mostly funny because they're fast and catch you off guard,which i have to say,is a good strategy. You know what this comment has in common with my life? I don't know where it's going (This is a joke. You should laugh.)

I'm pretty sure that it has the same pistols we've seen already. So far I've only seen Homemade Pistol, Beretta and Desert Eagle in there, and Homemade Pistol is basically a pipegun.

I just like every step I can bring my game closer to not having fucking pipe guns in it. That's my main aim.

The .44 Magnum is technically in Fallout 4 as the .44 Pistol, though at that point, you should really just use the 44 Pistol Realistic Sound and Damage mod by STheGamer, and maybe if you want a better weapon damage system in general, then also possibly combine it with the True Damage mod by eclix so that the damage is attached to the ammo type rather than the gun itself.

I understand the concern for quality content, but fnv had 11 hand guns. Compared to 8 from 11, that isn’t as bad. And TBF I’m only counting the ranger sequoia as a seperate weapon out of respect since it’s just a hunting revolver without a scope. That isn’t bad. Considering you can take any weapon you want in F4 and make it almost any version of its base form to fit your desires.

These weapons are amazing! I just wish we had more than just 150 mods available on console...

The 12.7mm ammo is actually very similar to .50AE, so that makes me think Obsidian wanted to add the D.Eagle to F:NV, but after bringing back the 14mm as the 12.7mm, the ammo naming would be confusing when converting to the D.Eagle

The only mod I’d want is a That Gun and 12.7m pistol mod that’s has custom animations and sounds. Like the that fun auto reload that was so cool in fnv

That Gun is 0/10 doesn't even automatically release the cylinder and eject the casings

Btw the 12.7mm pistol and 14mm pistol qte different. The gun added is the 12.7mm which is mostly accurate however the 14mm is the one with the mag in the middle

The Microwave Emitter from Fallout 4's P.L uses the same model as the Memsetron

I'm pretty sure the 14mm from the classic games is different the 12.7mm from New Vegas, although they are absolutely connected

The c96 actually had a magazine fed version, so the mod is realistic😅

Yeah, the detachable mags are honestly more common in video games than the stripper clips. The detachable mag version shows up in things like COD; you only really see the one with the fixed mag in games like Battlefield or Resident Evil and even then, Battlefield has both. Honestly I think Fallout's weapon customization system is versatile enough for both: I should be able to start out with the C.96 and upgrade it into one of the carbine or machine pistol variants.

The recharger pistol is amazing, and an absolute necessity in the Mojave. Keep it on your hip and you can conserve ammo for your more powerful weapons.

@@Mutant_Mods Awesome. Yeah I definitely agree there, after seeing the concept art for fallout 4 I was very disappointed for not only the weapons but everything. If modders can bring those concepts and previous staples of the franchise into the game they should be getting paid, not outsourcing game designers of one of the oldest video game developers in existence. Also gotta say man absolutely love these videos you do, especially the turning modern fallouts into the classic style of the originals, mad max one and all that 👌 terrific work with a pretty good rewatch value too!!

The Chinese Pistol in that mod is using the C96 M711 instead of the Original C96 "Red 9". The difference between the two is that the M711 uses 10 and 20 round detachable box Magazines instead of the original 10 round internal magazine.

I'm glad they made the og 10 mm mod reload like a revolver because if it loaded from a magazine then the cylinder wouldn't make any sense

There is also a version that gets rid of the cylinder making it look like a beefed up 1911. Although if I remember correctly the fact it has a cylinder and fed from mags was miscommunication between the art team and writing team

In the Fallout 4 Nuka world DLC the animatronic aliens use a laser gun that looks just like the Fallout 3 alien blaster. although you can’t get it In the actual DLC there is a mod that adds the Fallout 3 alien blaster as an actual weapon that you can get from the corpses of the animatronic aliens

Did you know that the pistol in the original DOOM 1 and 2 is the Beretta M9-FS Pistol (92FS)

the .45 Auto Pistol is not a weapon of the Dead Horses, it’s a weapon of the New Canaanites, hence why Joshua Graham says one of his tribe made the weapon, as John Moses Browning was a Mormon

Sorry, but just wanted to clarify a point. While the Plasma Defender from New Vegas does appear to be a modern take on the Glock 86, it's never actually explicitly stated to be such and I would argue that the differences in design are enough to justify it as its own weapon. That said, it's still not actually available in FO4, but you know. I can dream...
