The legendary effect “wounding” causes targets to bleed. Amazing on ripper and shotguns because each pellet/beam counts as its own hit so if you hit with 10 things and each one does 25 bleed damage... Remember laser rifles can become automatic shotguns ;)

Tried a furious accelerated minigun and it rips a level 130 enraged fog crawler to shred in seconds. I haven't had the chance tried wounding tho

Furious on high firerate/attack speed weapons is just broken.

A Astonishing armor: now that Reanu Keeves can deal out impossible levels of offensive power, he needs defensive to bar. Being the very defention of a Glass canon is good and all but why settle with a glass canon, when you can have a Vibranium canon.

That s**t was so fun it was one of the only times I made a KZread video, had to make as many people aware it as possible... Also iirc there was something else fun you could do with glitch modding a Legendary Machete, with the help of the Kremvh's Tooth effect being on the weapon mod itself, you could create a weapon with every type of damage (Physical, Bleed, Poison, Radiation, and Frost).

He could've gone to far harbor and got the staggering ripper there where it just freezes the enemy in place locking them staggering since every time you hit the creature or person it has around 33% chance to stager so since the ripper is so fast it just locks them if you keep attacking rendering them useless

I once had a ripper with the poison legendary which meant I was adding like 20 points of poison damage every hit. Was hella broken even with me not using a melee build.

I've made just about all the legendary modifications; Mods are fun; and my favorite is still an Irradiated Flamer. Outside of Ghouls, radiation is pretty effective in killing most things.

6:39 For those interested, on PC, you can just hold the action key (E by default), hover the mouse near the thing you wish to craft, then release it when you move the cursor to the right. It is easier to do it that way. Also, this technique works wonders when you want to cook stuff but don't have anything. FYI, you can cook anything as long as you have 1 squirell bit, 1 iguana bit, 1 brhamin meat and at least 1 wood. You just have to select the meals first then procede as shown in this video. Remember, you can hold a button (even the cancel button) before releasing it. If you create a new character, enjoy the level 1 guy with all the meal buffs! :)

I just clicked to craft the weaker mod and before accepting moving the mouse over the mod I want, then slowly move the mouse along the mod name and then rapidly pressed TAB (to cancel building the weaker mod) and then building the better one with E

The best Ripper in the game is The Harvester (or any ripper with Staggering effect). The Staggering effect has a chance to stagger on hit. Since the Ripper is so fast it basically continuously staggers the enemy & keeps them from moving or attacking at all!!! NOW THAT'S OP!!!!!!!!

There's a Ripper that stuns enemies on every hit in Far Harbour. That's quite the bs Ripper already, should've used that as base~

8:44 You can animation cancel by repeatedly going into third and first person over and over again after every swing, which makes swinging the bat much faster. This works for all melee weapons (except maybe The Ripper since it’s a chainsaw?)

an alternative to this exploit is the mod that lets you put any modification on any weapon, which makes it a lot easier to make whacky and broken weapons and graphically they tend to work better

There is a way to do more than a million damage with a melee weapon without any mods or glitches just by stacking various buffs from chems,perks, and armour

"The Ripper is the most powerful melee weapon in the game." Obviously, Spif has never experienced the pure-unbridled brokenness of the Shredder

Beans level of this episode equals legendary.

I did the swap exploit with "Heated Coil" onto a ripper since I didn't know about the mouse part of the "Can't make it, break it" glitch. I then fought the Deathclaw in the Museum of Witchcraft. I found that the quick fire nature of the weapon combined with Blitz, allowed we to cross the distance for my first hit, then the electrical aspect paralyzed the Deathclaw. I then just held the attack button down for a good 10+ seconds. The electrical aspect kept the Deathclaw paralyzed and ragdolling for the entire battle. I think I was level 4, maybe 5. Deathclaw had a skull and a star. Basically, while it took a while, I was able to safely engage the Deathclaw. It's not as useful for multiple enemies as the ripper eats through AP. I wonder if the Pickman + Heated Coil would be a better match since I could use my AP more efficiently and have 25 bleed damage per hit? I also found that I can't make a Rocket Launcher Pipe Rifle :( which would have be far more useful than the nuke pipe gun.

From memory, in the nuka cola world DLC, there is a weapon called ”splatter cannon” it's a sniper rifle with a mod that has +25% damage on every consecutive hit. I changed it to a automatic weapon and had insane results. You should add it you your ripper. It would be insane

There are 2. The "splattercannon" and "the problem solver", both got the same legendary effect, oddly 1 is way more expensive then the other. 1 is avaible on the nuka world market for sale and the other one is given to you during the quest where you have to go to the faction leaders from the pack guy after some speechchecks. They are both my fav guns in the game because... ...You got plenty of ammo that you can go full auto with ease (i usually run out of ammo with other full automatic guns for some reason, but 2 vendors on the nuka market sell together ~1500 bullets i... you dont find any ammo outside of nukaworld tho) ...they not that huge that they covers half of the screen (like the lasers or assault rifle) ...good stats make them great all-purpose weapons, unlike e.g. explosiv shotguns. i travel around alone most of the time so i got 1 sniper and an automatic... but giving a second auto-version to a companion works also ... they dont look like crap ... and they are quiete easy to get

Anyone else notice that the super mutant he turned into mincemeat was carrying yao guai meat? Which Spiff then had to go hunting for like a minute later. Could've saved some time by paying attention there, but no, you had to get carried away exploding the corpses limbs.

I know, I just hit a bug with the first quest in the BoS line and now I have to find a way to fix it. It’s really put me off playing Fallout 4 for a bit, just because I know it’s not going to be easy to fix, so do I try and fix it or dump this character and hope it doesn’t happen again?

There's a Ripper in Far Harbor called the Harvester that comes with the staggering legendary effect which, when combined with the Ripper's attack speed, can stun lock an opponent so there's no chance of them fighting back. (Located in a red trunk in the attic of Echo Lake Lumber)

If you get the Harvester legendary ripper from the far harbor island you can also constantly stun enemies to the point where they can’t even hit you or do anything.

Far Harbor island : Echo Lake Lumber, there's a chainsaw that can stagger on hit, called "The Harvester". Since the mini-nuke pipey boy required a jump in Far Harbor too, you can get two birds with one run to the island. Inhabited by ghouls instead of supermutants with a rockety long pipe. Unique stuff for a very unique tea powered result.

Fun fact: drinking one cup of Yorkshire gold tea has the same effect as 420 doses of psychojet

My favorite melee in Fallout 4 involves a special Machete called Kremvh's Tooth, it has a mod for bleeding and poison that can be removed and placed on to a Legendary.

If you come back to Fallout for more exploits, start testing your stuff on the enraged Fog Crawler. That thing is more powerful than any creature in the commonwealth.

Spiff, as there are a lot of new players on GTA5 due to it being free. do you think you can break that perfectly balanced game?

Ah, reminds me of my FO4 playthrough. I will never forget one shotting a Mirelurk Queen with the rocket sledge and ALL the drugs.

Just for the funzies you should get the *Creatures of the Commonwealth* mod. It adds all the DLC monsters to the main map and it doesn’t care that you’re not lvl30 yet because a simple cave cricket may as well be a Borderlands2 raid boss.

Whoever made this game is an amazing person, and I’m sure he agrees that Yorkshire tea is wonderful

I would love to see a shout build for Reanu Keeves in Skyrim. Shout builds were my favorite character build in skyrim, and I would love to see how you utterly destroy it. XD

melee is absolutely ridiculous before you even start using exploits. partially because some perks don't work like they should. rooted stacks with blitz because the player is considered stationary during vats despite blitz teleporting the player. for some reason deacon's perk cloak and dagger is multiplicative and not additive. so instead of giving +.2 to the sneak attack modifier it multiplies the sneak attack multiplier by 1.2 which results in it adding much more then 20% damage.

If you don't have the dlc with the rocket-bats, Kremvh's tooth is a decent option for this exploit, as the blade is a removable mod.

Oh, that was delightful -- and yes, I LOATHE Super Mutants with Rocket Launchers. Far too many of those spawn in my game and it leads to irritating death spirals. >( But damn, look at that Spiked Ripper go! I had no IDEA the Yao Guai Roast was THAT BROKEN. It's incredible, seriously. O.o Talk about pure rip and tear there. . . :D My choice for the next video is good old B -- I want to see Reanu ascend to the heavens in godly levels. XD

1:16 "Oh fffff..." May I suggest the word "Coffee" as an alternative swear word? It should express all the rage and disgust perfectly

I know but for some unknown reason KZread doesn't seem to consider the word coffee itself a swear word. It would broaden his list of things he can safely say when frustrated without being demonetised.

I have a mod that adds a really deadly bleed to frag grenades, and also modifies all the other grenades in the game to be more deadly.

PTSD flash back to fallout 2

When I played fallout 4 years ago I remember one of my most effective builds was just a melee guy using a regular combat knife - it had bleed damage on it and yeah, just like this it melted enemies (slower than this, but still if you tagged and enemy and just healed while it bled you could kill anything in the game)

I love these videos

6 seconds in and I'm already dying laughing. Spiff has found another exploit: becoming the best, most OP youtuber in all the world
