Hearing him talk about Aphex Twin and Michael Jackson in 2005 before the Skrillex moniker was even born is pretty fucking amazing. His new logo has been made by Number3/Paul Nicholson - who made Aphex Twin’s logo - so it’s come full circle. Skrillex is proof that big dreams really DO come true.

Not only that but the mere fact that he said he was already into electronica at the moment is very huge. I always thought that after he left FFTL, he just wanted to do something completely new to him, but it seems he had already had those aspirations in mind. From my understanding, he left the band due to his vocal organs being damaged from his singing. Imagine if that had never happened. Would he have still become the Skrillex he is now? So cool to see his earlier moments in life and very inspiring
