Fall Butternut Squash Soup

    Interesting, as I always thought butternut squash is yellowish on the outside. I actually purchased one for the first time and had to google how to prepare it. I cut off the ends then used a regular peeler to take off the outer peel, cut in in half lengthwise, de-seed, then cut up into chunks. Delicious! Thanks for sharing. You make beautiful videos and I hope you get more viewers very soon. :)
