Only tip I'd say is that Asians don't really like to be referred to as Oriental anymore :P. I don't personally care, but it's usually best to try to not offending people if you want to get your channel more popular.

You don't need to wash meat before you cook it. The only thing it might do is spread bacteria to your sink and anywhere else that water might splash.
