@crees1445 And Dallas… But Falcon Crest was always my Nr 1 😊 When i hear the intro theme, it‘s like a time machine that smashes me back to the 80s 😎 No one of the youth today will understand, what i means to sit punctual at the same time in front of the tv every single day or week to see ONE single episode and there is no possibility to watch 10 episodes in a row or repeat an episode you missed … When that happened, it was like Armageddon 😱😅

One of the best theme songs ever.

Leslie Caron's head turn is timed perfectly to the music.

I thought I was the only one who felt that way. I find that in comparison to Dallas, they were more diversified. African Americans and Hispanics. I feel that Ana Alicia kicked the door open for Sofia Vergara on Modern Family and Eva Longoria on The Young & The Restless. So many legends. In The UK alot of Soap Actors/Actresses get their Start on and act on UK Police Shows like Z Cars, Juliette Bravo or even The Sci Fi Show Dr. Who.

This show made me want to visit San Francisco wine country, hoping to magically meet the characters of Falcon Crest! Angela Channing , and her wardrobe...... Priceless! And that beautiful theme song! Oh, 80's television, I miss you!

Probably the BEST "prime-time soap" theme of all time. Kudos to you for the superb job you've done in compiling all the celebrities who appeared as guests in this video - and in alphabetical order as well. I so miss this show!!!

The editing of the footage and mx was out standing. Can’t beat that theme song

Who can forget all the wonderful mini series of the 80's.

That was a very great set up of the many people who played good parts on that great power show. I still love the music. Wow, I miss the 80's and 90's with those money and power shows.

Can't ever get enough of that heavenly soulful sound of music.. 🎶🍷.. And there is a stellar piece from Dallas of course!

Interesting that you call it Titanic, Jack Dawson's Italian friend in the movie was on Falcon Crest. His name is Danny Nucci. He and Lorenzo Lamas were worth staying up for on Friday nights 😁

I remember Flamingo Road when I was young, I wish that would be on DVD, haven't seen that in yrs.

I just love these theme tunes; it's like they are there go grab your attention; you just know some exciting TV is coming up. So much nostalgia.

Such an awesome list of guest stars on this show, on top of the incomparable regular cast.

Incredible production! All the actors and the landescapes in the best box-inset of all intros ... actually managed a fabulous and amazing work! unfortunately my country did not reach last seasons! Superlative job! The box insets as well as the back grounds as well as the ripples look exactly like the original show. I'm blown away at how you did that! On anther note, I was never into FC stories or the show, (KNOTS LANDING nut), but I did think they had the best opening credits of all the prime time soaps. I kept waiting for the one I dreamed up to show up one season where the box insets would be replaced by a larger falcon and then the cast picture would appear where the "shield" is. The wine ripple between cast shots would be replaced with another sort of ripple that would simulate the falcon flapping his wings to gradually remove the previous cast member, then have another falcon appear, and again the "shield" would fade to another cast member. That way the falcon would resonate all the way through the opening sequence, (To have the falcon flapping his wings should not have been any more difficult to accomplish than the season when they had him flying in from the side to become the title design -- season 7, I think). Your efforts here are truly appreciated, and I loved seeing Morgan Fairchild and Lana Turner. I never could figure out why the show didn't do some of this when it aired.

You know, they used an amazing number of older guest stars looking back on it: Leslie Caron, Celeste Holme, etc.

Good memories of just what a fantastic show this was....Jane Wyman brought lots of Hollywood this way.

Can't believe you mentioned some nobody named Carlos Romero, but left out CESAR ROMERO? Sheesh...

Spring mountain winery is still a beautiful place to visit and get a great wine buzz. Long live falcon crest

The theme is so amazing...I used to march in band and I think this would be perfect for a band to do a show to, it just such gusto and a bold feel!

Very well done, Only watched a handful of episodes back in the day but would love to one day see the series in its entirety .

Great job! Only thing I would have done despite the alphabetical order is to give a special exception to Lana Turner last and “Lana Turner as Jacqueline Perrault”! Lana was the biggest guest star in the show’s history and it was her first appearance in 1982’s episode “Family Reunion” that literally gave Falcon Crest, it’s largest ratings in it’s entire Nine season run! I did love this video! ❤

Adored all that power dressing! Fab!

Falcon Crest was really-great. I learnt more of the great-city of San Francisco and Northern-California, USA . Well California is 1 of my favorite-states in USA right now too . Leandro .

I love this, seeing all the past and future stars and stars that really never were. Danny Nucci? Mariska Hargitay!! And be still my heart...LANA!! Back in the 80's we'd go to a restaurant on Morrisey Boulevard in Dorchester called Linda Maes. There was a waitress there with a perpetual tan and short blond hair. We'd sheik and yell "Lana Lana...will you wait on us tonight?". So funny.

This is phenomenal, especially how the font matches the credits of the actual show. It's like looking at a real opening sequence for the show! And the background pictures selected based on the character. Awesome work! But just a couple of omissions I wish were there, the most notable being Michael Zaslow (the legendary Roger Thorpe of Guiding Light) should have been in there and had the final credit alphabetically. He appeared in the first episode (of Falcon Crest, not their pilot The Vintage Years). He played Vickie Gioberti's sleazy dance instructor in New York City before the Giobertis moved to California. Would love to see him added in an otherwise exact replica of this fantasy sequence. Also, for fun, the original Melissa Agretti (sorry, I don't remember the actresses name, only Ana-Alicia TRULY was Melissa) should be listed there in the guest cast. When Carlo Agretti and his daughter first appeared, Melissa seemed older and it was some other actress. Maybe its picky, but hey Melissa is a major character and anyone who played her should appear in the real show credits and this guest cast. :) Long live Falcon Crest via You Tube and the internet!!

Wonderful and so well done! So many familiar faces that I’d forgotten appeared on Falcon Crest. My favourite of the recurring guests was Garth (Carl Held)

Looking at the beginning, with the long shot of the farm, and then the picture of Eddie Albert, I thought this was Green Acres.

3:55 - Gary Imhoff, who plays Curtis Estabrook in "Falcon Crest" is also the voice of Prince Cornelius in "Don Bluth's Thumbelina" (1994).

Falcon Crest had some fantastic actors over the years! Side note…Daniel Greene was the perfect pairing with Margaret Ladd. Dwayne Cooley was the sweetest guy and perfect for Emma. I remember being so angry when he was killed off.

I wish you added Brenda Dickson(the original Jill Foster,Y&R) she played Tony's pregnant girlfriend when julia tried to reunite with him before her infamous season finale @ the end of season 2.

Daphne Ashbrook later went on to play Katherine Grainger in the Knight Rider episode A Knight In Shinning Armour. Theodore Bickel later went on to play Graham Deauville in the Knight Rider episode Chariot Of Gold.

I remember watching Dallas & Falcon crest every friday night as a boy. I lived in Novato, CA at the time, so Napa wasn't that far away. I remember seeing them film a scene when I swas in Sonoma once. Loved those over the top far fetched soap operas It's a shame Mill Creek dosn't put the entire series on DVD. It ran for 8yrs, and the first 3 are all that is out.

They sure don't make shows like that any more!!!!!!!!! Or STARS!!!!!!!!

I remember having to watch this when I was a living VCR before our family finally had a VCR. So surprised to see Jonathan Franks as one of the guest stars. From drama to science fiction, what a jump!

When they have actual musicians behind instruments. It's a grand orchestra. Nowadays it's just a studio with a bunch equalizers making beats, and an auto-tune. Crappy!

I remember Paul Freeman (from Raiders of the lost ark) was in it ? didn't own a rival vine yard ?

His character was supposed to be in NY and that's why the NY shot was used for the background... And I think it's good to remember the Twin Towers and nice to still have them in those old shows.
