i just bought today a replica for like 50USD. it looks so good. the stitch is incredibly well done like an original. all the details were there. hehe. i like replicas i dont have to get into a high maintenance since i live in temperature where its hot always. original bags should be put in a cool dry place.

Try traveling to Tokyo Japan they sell Original lux brands for less like LV , Channel , Gucci ,Coach ,YSL etc for less its still more pricey than the fakes and still in good condition i just dont know how the costoms works in the USA if they will still tax you 2nd hand lux items but sure either buy the brand new *esluxscom* you want or travel half the world away to buy 2nd hand lux items for few days that also includes your plane ticket hotel accomodations for how many days food and goodie stuffs for families and friends and other expencess but they said " original LV Bag from Japan for less " or just travel to Bangkok thailand and visit the Platinum Mall buy as many replica bags all you want w/o the hassel

Only, when someone buy fake items means that person bought "stolen" item from people who did crime by faking other people's product . How to be happy buying "stolen" products? How can it be nice to be a fake person wearing fake items? Those people who now have their brands become so famous worldwide, had very difficult journey to be like now. You could probably solve the collapsing bag problem easily with a purse organizer. It gives the bag structure. It’s pretty standard to use them in LV bags also.

I can’t afford an LV but I’d rather spend $4,000 on one LV bag then get 10 bags for $400 each. The qualify of LV, Dior, and YSL (Chanel not so much anymore) is out of this world. It’s not a ridiculous amount when you consider the quality and craftsmanship that goes into these bags.

I love your channel so much and this video validates a lot of what I have been telling people-the hi low fashion issues. For me, I buy my vintage LV bags from Japan-I’ve actually spent less than what super fakes cost. Ive sent some of them to LV for Vachetta replacement and still comes in less than a new bag. Even I bought my speedy bag LV at the counter very long time ago in the years of eighties the zipper not strong ...it got torn. That also happened with my friends too. Cause before we don't have so much shops selling fake branded items of bags and shoes etc.

@@TheMsbell39 I used to think the same way and thought I should only buy real leather purses from Louis Vuitton such as their Epi bag instead of the monogram. However, I’ve noticed that my real LV monogram canvas purses are very durable and will most likely last me a lifetime since I’ve had one of my purses for over 20 years and others about 15, 10 and 5 years. Every time I bought a hood fake, the purse fell apart within a couple of weeks or lasted no longer than six months. Louis Vuitton’s Monogram canvas was originally created for LV travel bags and suitcases so they are very durable compared to many fake LVs. So, I think a real LV is a better investment since it will last you a lifetime with proper care or you can resell; however, you can’t resell fake LV purses since they fall apart within weeks unless you are lucky if they last up to 6 months.

I’ve been a Louis fan for over 40 years. I even went to Paris to buy a Louis. I am continually learning through the years how to spot a real verses fake… some imitation sellers do a great job at copy catting and pay attention to the smallest detail. Thank you for the video!

Agree! I personally don't buy fakes even underwears or fake diamond or gold jewelry. No one would know its fake, but I WILL. Nice original Dooney or Coach makes me feel good, fake chanel makes me feel low. It's like buy Toyota and glue on Lexus logo. All point is to have valuable items, not cheap trash looking like high end. I think some people just like to pretend not to actually be. LV overcharging for cheap material, Dooney making high quality leather for fair price.

The new LV bags don’t have that tag inside. A microchip is embedded inside to deter scammers.

Not all of the LV dust covers have a draw string. Some real ones actually are a fold over like the fake one you showed. Of course the stitching is very good, no loose threads.

Thank you, for sharing such insightful information. But, in my opinion, it is not a deal-breaker that the faux bag doesn't stand up on its own, because once someone puts their personal items inside the satchel it'll stand up just fine due to the weight. And, I really like that the imitation bag is made of genuine leather (no matter if it's lambskin, sheepskin, or cowhide) because that means it will last for an exceptionally long time if taken care of properly. I like the fact that the faux bag's designer print is marvelously similar to the real LV. The fact that the thread stitching isn't like the real LV can be an issue if one is in close proximity to others that can differentiate between an authentic and unauthentic LV... I didn't perceive that the LV logo on the front of the fake bag wasn't correctly stamped as you mentioned, as it appeared just fine from my point of view... I like that the inside of the faux bag is made well and is the correct color match. Overall, in my opinion, if someone couldn't afford a genuine LV, well then, the faux LV is a smart substitute as many people often fake it until they make it... However, beware, as not all faux bags are created with great care. Yet, if one can afford to purchase an authentic LV bag, well then, certainly do it as that would be an intelligent investment since it has great resale value. Additionally, an authentic LV bag is manufactured exceptionally well since it is the best quality that's made from the finest materials. It's made to last for decades. An LV bag (or any haute couture designer brand) reveals status and triggers confidence. Moreover, most people that carry an attractive (or beautiful) luxurious authentic handbag (no matter if they are aware or unaware) signal to others, I'VE ARRIVED; and that's important to some people. 💅

To each his own as you have said. Personally I like buying luxury bags but have to save up for them. I would rather have the real deal than buy a replica. I recently checked in at a hotel and a lady in line wore what looked like a replica LV bag. It was the same as the real LV I wore but honestly it looked so bad, did not hold its shape etc. To each his own but wouldn't want to be compared in public. Just an FYI I have the same bag purchased in summer 2021…. After March 2021 LV no longer includes date stamps in their bags, but are instead microchipped. So this actually is something else that makes it harder to tell an authentic from fake

I deal with a Chinese factory that makes duplicate copy with the exact same materials used in the originals. They even order the threads 🧵 from France. It’s a bit expensive that reaches $500 but it’s worth it.

Hi there. Nice tips. As of this year (2021), LV no longer have date codes. LV now use microchip embedded in their bags. It can be detected by using an app. It won’t tell you the date code, but you can detect the chip. Thanks for the video.

Thank you for doing this ..and I find it very interesting I have been lucky enough to purchase one real LV handbag .. and just recently I bought two fake ones … so that I don’t have stress about it getting damaged by weather and daily use … but my real one is packed away in it’s real box …

The real question is, would you buy this fir $35? Good replicas are made from quality material and often in the same factories that can be spot on for less than $60. Not China Town stuff they slap together like this video. This was a bad comparison with a cheaply made made. Additionally, some of us can afford real bags 10x over but are slowly finding out they are mass produced in factories THEN shipped to France etc to put the logos on them. Even big brands can partake in trafficking and shady black market practices. I just got a Chanel for $40 and compared it to my besties, spot on! Plus, each series changes and even luxury brands are cutting on quality to save coins.

I enjoyed your commentary. You work really well together. I think I would rather spend the money on the real and take care of it. The real should last a lifetime and my daughter could use it. I kept a handbag from my mum and the quality is so good, the bag looks new. I don't use it every day, I don't use any of my bags every day. But a sturdy, well-made structured bag will last-just don't throw it in a train yard.

There was a very recent documentary and they were interviewing very well-off women. These women were speaking about how they no longer purchase authentic purses and have chosen to purchase really good *esluxscom* of the designer bags that they do like. They then take that saved money and invest their money into other things such as real estate, stocks etc.

Leather (Vachetta sp?) is on the handles and trim but main body of LV is treated canvas, not leather. Thank you for the comparison!

Not on this bag. There is no vachetta. It is all coated canvas. The heat stamp tag and date code tag should be leather.

I do think the empriente leather on the speedys are leather all over. Gorgeous too!

You can buy an organizer to put in the faux bag to keep its shape and sit upright. For a fake, it's not a bad bag.

I lived in South America for almost 20 years. There, I was twice robbed of my handbag. The first time, the thief broke a car window and took my bag. The second time, I was trying to board a bus and a group of thieves pressed against me. I love quality handbags and beautiful craftmanship, but in some places it is not practical to carry an authentic, expensive handbag. Mine were not expensive handbags, but the robberies were still traumatic. I plan to make my own handbag copies myself, only for myself, just for the fun of it. Thank you for teaching me the details of fine handbags.

Fake LV nowadays comes with the box and card too. I've seen online sellers out there selling fake purses that comes with everything.

There are some spot on gorgeous replicas out there. I always say to each its own. Judge thee not for carrying the real thing and judge thee not for carrying a fake. After all it’s just a handbag to carry your items in, nothing more or nothing less. I think and I said think because I have been involved in some heated discussions regarding this, the problem why so many authentic LV carriers have such a strong negative opinion about fake LV bags carriers is that if it’s a very good replica by the seeing eye you can’t tell the difference.

It's NOT leather, it's resin coated canvas with minimum leather trim. Many people believe that these bags are made of leather, wrong ! The 'fabric' costs almost nothing, comes in huge rolls, is digitally printed.

I still love my LV reverse monogram *esluxscom* clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.

There is just too many of these, real and non real to be unique anymore. But then the real bags have been soooo overpriced for years, that I don’t feel bad for them. I think in the job interview at LV you're tested on how long you can keep your nose in the air!

The real bag will stay last long 20-30 years ( $175 per year ) if you take a good care , but the Fake one $350 ( $116 per year for 3 year ) I’m believe the bag will change the shape badly , after a few year especially the handle look horrible , some of LV store now they do Lay away plan too .Why not choose your dream bag at LV store ::))

LV bags are not made of leather, only the handle and the trim is. Rest of the bag is PVC-coated cotton canvas.

I bought the black one at LV boutique in Cali but the dust bag came in like the folded one, not the string dust bag. But I’m sure it’s original coz it’s one of their boutiques. I agree, the only way we can tell is the quality of the material and clean stitching. Thank you for the vlog.

They have a bad rep that’s why the low quality. And this bag has been cracking at the seams where the canvas folds. So although trendy, I bet it won’t hold value in long term because it would have fallen apart. Not to forget LV doesn’t repair cracked canvas.

Your comments are interesting, but only hold true for the specific dupe bag you received. There are better copies and lesser copies. Also, you can get the box with a dupe if you want. They’re $30-40 and increase the price of shipping significantly. And, I’m pretty sure that style is canvas. I just bought an OTG from LV. It was overnighted from Texas. The box arrived ripped. They should have stuffed the bag, that would have helped the integrity of the box.

It’s not leather. To spend a ridiculous amount of money on these is absolutely crazy. They are not well made, and you are paying for the “genius” marketing of such bags. I will always regret spending $2600 on a LV bag from an LV store that had stitches that came undone!

Did you go back to their store. I have never had that happen to any of my 3. I definitely don't stuff them and I treat them like lux bags. Also, they stand by their product and you can take it back to the store.

They sent it out to get fixed ever since then it’s been sitting in my closet and looks brand new like it’s never been out of the box. 2018 Pallas bag w/ red trim, the larger one.

you can tell the real bag material is much more smooth in texture compared to the fake one. Also the section where the handles attached to the bag, the patterns on the real one is very different from the fake one.

The authentic tote bag is made from coated canvas. The only leather pieces are the date code tag and the 'made from' tag. The replica is made out of PU leather or synthetic leather. There's a grading system when buying replica handbags. You got ripped off on that $300 replica handbags. That's a low grade handbag and it should cost way less then $300. $300 could of got you high 1:1 grade almost mirror grade. Mirror grades almost true to the authentic handbags.

Use a hair dryer to soften the vinyl on the Dupe to straighten it, and put on a stack of books upside down while you do that. lV is vinyl coated canvas, only the handles etc are leather

You know what....paying $300 for a bag you should get perfect stitching and good leather. Dooney and Bourke and Coach are top quality and you can get them for $300 and less. Some higher but that fake bag for $300 should be made better!

Agree. But some people would wear fake Rolex and couldn't afford nice steak. I prefer to be, not to pretend to be. I personally buy nice things Coach, Dooney.... within my price range. My 20 y.old daughter wanted fake LV, I got her original Tory Burch for $250 from Nordstrom rack. When we went by street where illegal immigrants standing for hire, all those ladies were holding LV bags, my daughter looked at them and said " I feel like a million dollars having real Tory Burch" compare to them all having fake LV.

I have a LV dupe and love it! I would never pay that much for a LV bag. Now if someone gifts me a LV bag I’ll take it but never would spend that much on a bag.

To be fair about holding shape, my Neverful GM came folded in a box, and still today, three years later it will not hold its shape. Honestly, I'm kinda mad they deformed my bag instead of using a proper large box. Same with my one-year-old Graceful MM, it came in a smaller box and it too has a folded shape to it. I asked for a bigger box and they gave me one, but the damage is already done. Plus, the LV bags will have a nice buttery feel to them with a nice sheen. Fakes feel like rubber and are dull. Not all monogram bags will have the same tint of yellow in the monogram. That can depend on the humidity in the air, the thickness of the press, the country that makes it, and the drying time. Fact: If a wallet and bag are not printed from the same batch, it will be hard to get a perfect match. I waited through several store deliveries to get the closet match for my Graceful and it still wasn't perfect.

I go for the fake one since almost looks the same. $3500 LV bag is too much for me 😃.. I used that money for travel 😂
