What's he going on about the scar in front of his daughter for? It is horrible that it happened to her but he is programming her to be aware of it and to feel 'less than' because of it. I'm sure he means well but he's going about it all the wrong way. Kids are like sponges and we program them to have beliefs about themselves, surely either discuss the safety issue with the interviewer when she isn't around or tell her it makes no difference to what a beautiful wonderful little girl she is. Some parents are far too 'open' with their children, surely some things are better left unsaid in order to protect them, they will be exposed to how horrible our world can be soon enough.

The thermal efficiency of fake Canada Goose jackets is irrelevant, it doesn't get that cold on British council estates.

£1450 for a Canada Goose coat, no thanks. Cheaper ways to stay warm. Surprised Matt agreed to the Canada Goose story considering their sources for their feathers mistreat their animals & their fur is real. A couple of episodes ago there was a story about real fur being sold as fake fur now they're on the side of a company that uses real fur to line the hoods of some of their jackets & it doesn't get mentioned.

More the fact of it was sold as faux not the fact it was actually fur.

Another thing this show FAILS to mention is that EBAY and PayPal have very specific rules around counterfeit items. If you can without a doubt prove its a counterfeit item Paypal / Ebay will return 100% of your funds and tell you destory the item.

If you snapped a Action man in half with same force as Trading Standards did to that doll..it would probably do the same thing. Some "Real" toys I had growing up were more flimsy and dangerous than some of those things shown.

Probably because the regulations weren't the same. Ovens only used to have single piece of glass on the door and children suffered severe burns, kettles never used to have short cords because again children got horrific burns. That only changed in the 70s I believe might even have been the 80s. It used to be legal to have upstairs Windows that didn't open and people died. Things change.

Yeah, it didn't even need stitches. You think dad would be saying those things if his boy's face had a scar? Nope. Would probably be telling him it makes him look cool. Dad needs to get a grip.

Surely it must be easy for the police to find the people doing the fraud they have opened a bank account which can easily be checked and who opened them ,you can’t open an account without identity, and if you received a letter from a company telling you the account has changed all you have to do is simply phone the company with your concerns to verify it personally I think the banks should take a picture of everyone opining an account to be kept with their account details

Who say that your local store isn't selling fakes. What I have noticed during these series is that the punishment for fraud & counterfeiting is, in the most polite way, laughable. When health is at stake, punish the criminals with attempt to murder in 1st degree.

What are those snap bands supposed to be made of then? They've always been recycled tape measures for the 30 years I've been buying them for shits n giggles. Think there may just be a little bias involved when it comes to testing the fakes against the real product!! The fakes in most cases are obviously inferior, but I am willing to guess that the world isn't going to blow up as the obviously biased testers would have you believe!! These people have a stake in proving just how superior the real item is relative to the fake, like money in their pocket bias!! So, do you expect the results to prove out anything other than how inferior and dangerous the fakes are? There are fakes out on the market equal to, and in some cases superior to the original! You'll never hear about that though!! Fact is, a lot of people suspect, or outright know they are buying fakes, yet they make the purchase anyway!! One thing I know for sure, unless it's a counterfeit nuclear bomb with real fissionable material in it, the country might just be safe from annihilation as these biased folks would have you believe is a possibility! The sky "could" fall tomorrow Chicken Little, but I'll take my chances that it won't!!! All I can say is, buyer beware!!
