Morocco is a beautiful country. Sadly there are scammers all over the world these days. I agree to ignore them.

You’re taking about Marrakech not all Morocco. And not everywhere in Marrakesh but only the old city witch is something that we Moroccans know and hate. It’s not acceptable to scam others and it’s horrific how those people do that. I never go to the old parts of the city because of them and I really enjoy the modern part of the city. Sad about your bad experience 😑

Yes you are partially right, in Marrakech this happens a lot. My favorite parts of Morocco were those remote ones, the villages.. However, I enjoyed Morocco a lot and I like the country! Hope to be back one day

good luck in south america your first day there you will wish that you back in morocco as an american / moroccan i will never go anywhere south of texas

your _ vibe in marakech just cause 7.01 earthquake that killed 296 so far try not to be like moracro
