I feel a great sadness when I listen to faithless now that Maxxi has left us but just hearing him sing lifts my spirits and I know his music will remain timeless R.I.P

RIP Maxi Jazz, I will never forget my first ever concert with my dad, seeing you in Newcastle in 2007. You were as energetic then as you were throughout life. I always swore I'd go and see you again and now I'm so sad it can't. But forever grateful I got to. Hopefully now you can sleep Maxi, you and my dad up there🙏✨ God is a DJ✌️

This is a masterpiece. I listen to all kinds of shit but in its day this not only pushed the boundaries in terms of production and progression but it meant a whole lot to a whole lot of people. And we don't have that any more.this isn't just music, it's sound design and it's modern day philosophy. It's unparalleled.

This music hails from an era when everything was simpler and carefree. Back then, we didn't know that in a few years, this atmosphere will slowly disappear from music, from art. Every sleepless night, I return to Faithless' temple where I heal my hurts.

"This is my church, this is where I heal my hurts" and "tonight, God is a DJ" So true, for so many of us. 1.8k dislikes can only be those that are either offended by this or just don't understand. It is something you have to have experienced for yourself. You cannot be told. It cannot be explained. It is nonetheless the absolute truth. Sadly these days, good music is hard to find. I'm glad we still have these old favorites to listen to, the world has so many hurts need healing. Peace :)

It is even better at church. You sing and participate. Singing along with others is amazing in and of itself .. nevermind if you are doing it with loves towards your own creative force on top of that ... Not all churches.. but there are events which far surpass any night you had at a rave and they do it daily too...
