I knew there was some SMP work I just hated, esp those that feature such solid lines as to be unnatural. This video is describing exactly what I couldn't put into words. Thank you!
The one thing people don't talk about enough is the shine under certain lighting
Agree that faded headline looks mega 👍
This guy is the absolute best smp artist on earth
This is fantastic, I took some notes for myself that I'll share. 00:02 : The Faded Hairline 00:14 : Back in 2017 & 2018, all of the SMP stopped in one place. 00:20 : There was element of scatters where they break out dots and impression to make it further apart. A hairline need 3 elements: -shape -symmetry -finish Shape - you can choose different shapes, it can peak in, receded, or round Symmetry - you don't want crooked hairline, symmetry is important Finish - probably the most important thing of developing a hairline - when he was a Barber, even when he shaves somebody up he'd soft up the edges of any ridges to give that faded hairline - took this element into SMP and created this faded hairline All of the oldschool SMP looked like it was all finishing in the same place 1st session, use a lighter shade coming to the furthest point to where we want it Subsequent sessions, we're going to use a slightly darker treatment behind it. - might drop a few dots coming through - this is where the artistry comes in A lighter shade, a darker shade, and a slightly darker shade. This is pretty much the basic of it, but in order to create it takes some element of skill. You can continue this to the side profiles as well. The faded hairline is the #1 hairline in the world if you're talking about looking natural.
That’s good. This guy makes a really good point
The goat 🐐. Cant wait for mine in Apr 2023
These hairlines have made smp 100% natural and hard to detect instead of it being absolutely obvious. The thick straight coloured in hairline looked horrific. Now, with these hairlines, it looks superb and the ultimate solution to balding. Awesome.

On point ...So .. i am starting my SMP TEC journey & also feel the faded hairline is the most undetectable & natural looking.

That’s great
I have watched hundreds of SMP videos, including the ones teaching the process. And I am assured that Marc is the overall best SMP artist in world. (Not one of the best-best of the best) Unluckily, I don’t live in England, and cant afford the money(because of my countries shit economy). If I had a chance to get SMP done, I would go directly to Marc. Keep up the good work man. You are great at what you are doing.

YOU ARE THE BEST 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Excellent job, where do you work, do you have offices in Miami, Florida, or do you recommend someone who does a job as good as the one you do?
Hello! I have a couple of questions; - have you done smp on yourself? - how short are you suppose to shave? (With a razor or a trimmer works as well, 1-2 millimetres) - how many days ate you suppose to wait for the second session? - are you planning on visiting Sweden anytime soon? :p As always great video!!👌

I love your work, it's exactly what I'm working on. What needles and colours do you recommend? Especially for blonde, reddish and brownish hair types. I use the Bishop SMP pen with rechargeable battery.

....thats what I expected to hear ;O)....which needle size do you use for faded hairlines: 0401/0403 or what? If there will happen some blow-outs (surely you don't get them) which neutralizer is the best? Greetings from Switzerland! @@creativescalps5962
Magnificently explained. Out of curiosity, do you use single needle or three needle?

is it possible to soften a hairline after a previous smp treatment?

It’s possible yes. Easier if there’s some room to work with, if current hairline isn’t too low .

They're fresh dots, when it heals they shrink and lighten when the skin heals over the impression.

Hello yes we are opening soon in Dubai. Please email dubai@creativescalps.com
A recent Swedish study found that tattoos caused a 21% increase in blood cancers and that the size of the tattoo had little effect on this percentage. I’ve also heard of people getting swollen lymph nodes as a reaction to the ink both with tattoos and SMP. My question is do you know the difference in ink composition and are SMP inks ‘safer’? Interested in possibly getting SMP in the future but as it’s a much smaller industry than the tattoo industry there’s little info on its safety, particularly over he long-term if you’re getting touch ups over the years.
@creativescalps5962

Hello… Yes swollen lymph nodes is a rare reaction that people can get from the SMP . I believe this is more to do with the needle stimulation on the scalp than a reaction to the ink. Anyone who has had this reaction that I know of has reported that it lasted a maximum of a week and there was no problem. With regards to the ink and cancer, I’m no doctor but with SMP there is no contraindication as we are a lot shallower in the skin so should not enter the blood stream. SMP ink relative to tattoo ink should be classed as the same, we mix it for different shades differently but essentially it is the same product. I hope this helps ?
I agree, those very defined hair lines look fake.
The smp looks realistic , not like many videos I've seen that have a strong 90 degree hairline that looks a bit off. The strange thing is even with bad smp jobs I've seen on KZread they talk about how happy they still are with it. At least with your videos other artists have to step up their methods.
