Wardruna is different... So is danheim.. So is heilung... And all others, i love that more of this music is getting bigger and a tergo lupi is an amazing band which is for me on of the best 'sounds' in this genre. But lets not forget that wardruna has openend the door for most by making it more famous.. And i think most of us have know wardruna the longest..

This.........is so beautiful that it made me tear up. It hit me deep in my soul. May our gods bless us, and our ancestors always walk with us. Thank you for this music.

As usual, I needed to find the perfect moment to listen to a new ATL song. An almost religious moment, filled with expectation and respect. And boy, was it worth it. Saying this song is wonderful would be a total understatement: it's yet another masterpiece. The level of gloomy creativity you guys are able to pull off every single time with two instruments and two perfectly fit voices is astounding. More than comparing your style to anyone else, I'm so proud to say this song is typically A Tergo Lupi. There's no match anymore. Stellar performance. And the video? Majestic. What a mesmerizing location. Those drums really make you heart beat to the same rhythm, which leaves you on the edge of a precipice... "A fronte praecipitium, a tergo lupi"... how poetic is this? This song can't be more of a statement than that. Wow.

Are those cliffs high enough to go Base Jumping off of ? For a moment I though Cami was going to turn into a unfriendly of ravens and fly off.

The void can call, but it's better to not answer! :D Actually it was, but many extreme sports including Base Jumping have been banned right this year, to preserve the nature, the local fauna and the stone itself. One of the days we arrived to shoot, we found there some slackliners and someone who sleeped highline, in hammock. Extremely fascinating but I (Camilla) couldn't even think about such a thing.

This is outstanding in every way! The lyrics, vocals, instruments, and cinematography are amazing. This is the perfect vibe. Thank you for the amazing music!

How is such music created? Where do those sounds come from in the heart and mind... How do you know when and by how much to make a sound? When does the second-guessing finally weaken... and the final cut is made? The answers seem to be found only through much effort and angst by the artist. Secret 'what ifs' rob you of sleep. Yet... The song makes me feel so very good.

Your reflection reminds me of the countless times I've asked myself the same questions. Now that I'm on the other side, I can't give an unambiguous answer...sometimes I myself wonder how I came up with the idea of ​​doing certain things, of using certain sounds. It's like all the good things in life, even building a song is a path in which the only goal is to get to the end. You don't know what it will be like or how you will get there, every choice you make determines the path and can open up new perspectives for you. @@atergolupi I know nothing of songwriting, reading, music, notes, or even carrying a tune in church. But I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my photography and highly self-critical. Plenty of negatives and slides people will never see, haha! Most of the time it takes just a little bit of post processing to get the image I want, and I often find it easy to conceptualize what I’m standing in front of to the finished product, and it’s just by experience that I know which tools to use to get me there. Angst comes to me with the picture that I can’t capture, or using the wrong settings, film or file type and other such ill-behaved monkey wrenches.

Never fear the wolves, but the hard rock is an other matter. If one does not feel ready to stretch the wings for the Swallows-Dive (Svalastupet). Not that we really practiced that much. It is far better to take care of our elders to share their wisdom.

It would seem like a wooden blade on a rope, but such an unusual sound effect! The bass talharpa also sounds low, mesmerizing!
