My 1973 Commodore calculator doesn't blank the display either. Now you've got me wondering what it looks like slowed down. I'm going to give it a try.

I wonder what the calculator is doing with all that left-shifting and right-shifting.

Maybe it has fully serial memory, i. e. values can be retrieved only by pushing them out, as in an ordinary shift register.

Wait was he trying to spell boobies on his calculator at the end like we used to do in junior high? Lol

Firstly, really glad to hear you find them interesting! =) Unfortunately nothing that exciting. Avisynth tried keeping the pitch of the audio while reducing the tempo to match the increased clip length. That sound is the button being pressed and bounding back up again, the machine is otherwise silent.
