Did he embezzle, I cannot tell authoritatively but the net of his good and bad acts, I give to him he is more of positive net Nigeria and Africa than a negative. By that logic no one would pass school (since you require credit for the job you did in order to pass) or get promoted (since you require positive credit/evaluation in order to move up). A bit ludicrous. Where your predecessors have failed but you have excelled, you deserve credit. Simple. Doesnt require a shrine of your good works and success but giving credit is the bare minimum.
