I live in Lauries lane, bambalapitya Colombo 04 and the person with the red T lives in the streets nearby. Everyday he does stuff like these. it’s very oppressive to all of us. He even goes naked sometimes, swearing and harassing people. But the police don’t seem to be concerned about him. Shame on them.

The police are a joke in Sri Lanka. They go after the hard working middle class but if someone is truly dangerous those cowards stay away from them. I remember someone called the bomb disposal team maybe 20 years back for a suspicious vehicle parked. No one came and I think the bloody thing maybe still parked there. Once I called the police for a noise complaint. Again no one came. But if you bribe someone inside they will turn up in no time.
