Facebook will typically work this out. The only exception may be luxury listings.

Once you request the templates, you may need to check your SPAM folder. That's where I found the link to the templates.

Depends on the realtor and their or your systems to handle how many leads, appointments and clients those ads will bring them

Depends how good the ROI is for them. I personally think far too many digital marketers charge far too much for what they actually do for the real estate agent.

How do you use targeting with special category ads? I’ve never had my ads approved when selecting a special category and then using the interests or audiences?

Select special ad category first then go to the targeting section in the ad set. It won’t let you add anything that would be rejected if you do that first

Thank you for the video but how can a Realtor just enter the info and click launch campaign? Don’t you have to get their FB profile link and and add it to your ads manager and get them to approve you to run their ads for them? Just wondering because I do think this is a great idea.

Really depends on the market and the type of leads you're shooting for. I would aim for below $20 cpm, under $1 cpc and under $5 cpl and ultimately aim for at least a 4x cost per acquisition. If you're in phoenix, LA, Miami, downtown NY, or another massive competitive market these numbers would increase

Ah sorry you had trouble. The ad templates are delivered to your email. If you use gmail, it will probably be in your promotions tab. If you didn't want to purchase the 30 day challenge and just wanted the templates, shoot an email to support@myautomatedagent.com

Hey do Facebook lead form lead quality don't suck ?? Like i have tried it and someone said that Facebook auto fill the personal information and most times these information is outdated so no one picks up from the number so it's a dead lead

I would test it. If you feel you're getting low quality leads, I would check follow up first and then switch up the lead form with a few questions before they enter their information then have them go somewhere specific AFTER they submit their info. Those 3 things will fix your bad info leads issue

Not sure, could be many things. Typically it comes down to the offer in the ad. We get a lot of fake numbers but we started implementing a backend offer after the initial ad to get higher quality info. It's been working well

@AdamMiddlesworth it was the daily budget. I started with the amount you recommended and then I went back and used the graph to adjust the daily amount. Afterwards, I started seeing a projected lead range of 1-10 😊. Your video was really helpful overall in getting this Facebook ad setup. Now I'm gonna get these leads and close some transactions! Sometimes they just want what you offered them. It's on your follow up to make them really engage. For buyer leads or list of homes, I would follow up with something like... "Do you want the houses on zillow or would you like to see all the properties?" (aka off market properties)
