Hey Eric, the video seems promising for our goals. However, despite running a WhatsApp Engagement campaign targeting a detailed audience for a real estate company, our results are underwhelming with only one lead per day. I'm a bit perplexed. Could you suggest interest and behavior-based audience types that might yield better results and more helpful for us

Typically, how long do you find it takes for leads to warm up. Let's say we start with $30 a day to warm up, day 1 I got 5 leads, day 2, 0 leads

The new change for "targeting" for real estate is ridiculous. If I have a listing, why would I want an ad for the whole United States? I don't understand how having a 50 mile radius around my listing is targeting. Are there any alternatives to be able to try to boost or advertise a specific listing?

These days we use both. Google is typically better quality but it's ideal to use both nowadays and retarget your sudience. Omnipresence is key.

@@ericbpreston someone told me on discord to use it to bring targeted customer for my clients, it basically means that we have to put a form that all the leads coming through fb ads have to fill and based of the information, they will be redirected to landing page, the form ask them for there budget, country region they are interested in, there primary purpose etc, etc.. So do you think it works?

I used instant form and 100 out of 100 was fake leads. How can i deal with that?

Landing pages help increase lead quality, but often come at an increased price - but not always. You may have got unlucky with some bots, 100/100 is unheard of.

REALTORS are not in a position to advertise something that is not listed on MLS per policies and Code, so how do you propose soliciting customers for these new construction homes "not on the MLS"? Rock/hard place.

Whether or not you can advertise off-market opportunities is dependent on the board and area you work. If you work in a market that does not allow that, I’d advise getting in touch with the builder directly to ask for permission to advertise their projects.
