🥗 Diet Changes: The Impact of a Low Glycemic Index Diet
🧘‍♀️ Switching from High-Intensity to Low Impact Workouts for Better Health
Hey everyone, join me today as I share my journey of TRANSFORMING MY FACE NATURALLY by balancing my hormones. Many thought I underwent PLASTIC SURGERY or BOTOX, but it's all about managing PCOS and cortisol levels.
In this video, I'll dive into how I tackled HORMONAL IMBALANCE, PCOS, and HYPOTHYROIDISM without relying on expensive treatments. Discover the tools and tips I've learned as a model to DEPUFF MY FACE and bring more definition to my facial features.
Struggling with PCOS and hypothyroidism, I found my solution in a HORMONE BALANCING DRINK and natural supplements. It's been a life-changer, allowing me to come off medications like BIRTH CONTROL and SPIROLACTONE.
I'll cover everything from finding the root cause with LAB TESTING to LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE techniques. Plus, insights into how changing from HIGH-INTENSITY EXERCISE to LOW IMPACT WORKOUTS and adopting a LOW GLYCEMIC INDEX DIET impacted my transformation.

    To everyone saying « I don’t know what to do » pls go see more doctors, I know it’s annoying but finding a good doctor isn’t easy, you should always have a second opinion (or more if you feel like something is off). You also have to be super informed, don’t go to the doctor without doing a research first

    Second comment for low glycemic girlies there! If you still like normal potatoes: cook them in the oven and then let them get cold and put them in the refrigerator till next day. Tada! You’ll have a prebiotic food and the glycemic index will go down

    I’ve been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism couple months ago and on the 2nd month into medication I started noticing a lil weight gain here and there and then it from a lil to gaining 5-6kg in less than a month when ive made no changes to my pretty balanced diet.. I’ve never been overweight in my life and I don’t know how to deal with this unusual abnormal weight gain it’s taking a toll on my mental health and my self esteem has never been this low. I saw your vid on TT and it brought me here. I’ve been working out, changed to a high protein diet and now adding lymphatic drainage into my new routine thanks to you 🙏🏼 I’m really struggling and if anyone can relate you’re not alone in this journey, let’s all heal together ❤ and thank you Mila ❤

    I discovered that i had hyperthyroidism in the middle of 2021 and i had been through years of treatment until it got okay. Over the years sometimes i really wonder why my face has become so different (a weird kind of swollen) comparing to years before that. I assumed that maybe i didn't eat healthy food enough, never thought of hyperthyroidism. When you mentioned hyperthyroidism at the beginning of the video, it just hit me hard. Thanks for this knowledge and the tips. You're really gorgeous.

    I also had PCOS w/ a puffy face and managed to sculpt my face quite a bit over a year long period. I started exercising, reducing processed foods and taking Spironolactone for PCOS, which is a diuretic and flushes excess water out of your body. My face looks dramatically different but it was likely 90% the Spironolactone and I'd recommend others to try that for PCOS before doing other things. I had been trying to change my appearance by eating clean for 8+ years and was basically starving myself to get a slimmer face. The Spironolactone is a game changer!

  • @petyavelikova5066

    @petyavelikova5066

    7 күн бұрын

    Off label Spironolactone is prescribe to reduce androgen levels( androstenedione and testosterone) , the diuretic effect have no significance in treating PCOS, I am on it for 20 years now, initially I started with the heavy gun i.e. Cyproterone acetate which cleared my severe acne, backne and bacterian infections in a matter of 6 months. Then was put on Spironolactone plus transdermal and oral progesterone.
