We have the same fabrication when i was in japan since 2001

It's not shop blasting; it's "shot" blasting. Thumbs up for the video.

I am 30 yrs working same fabrication for heavy structural steel as a QA/QC NDT Supervisor

I can guarantee you some firm in the UK is making gusset plates and other structural members like this. Same thing with the US.

According to our steel frame work manufacturing customers' experience, many of the pre-working parts can be done with new laser cutting technology, it save the processing step and its precision cutting allows better welding result.

no...even in oil and gas industries - They are still using plasma cut or wire EDM.

I have done a lot of graphics, not to say I am an expert, but this shows you are involved, and wonder do structural engineers get involved in graphics, and do 3D, or ar you just showing some 3D ?

A robot wont die from the off gases of the welding process.

My father is a contractor and need many fabricator structure fitter mig welder and gas cutter etc

i have machine for cutting parst deburring and polishing. like the sheet metal punching parts,laser cutting parts etc.
