自分は15年くらい前、H鋼を送り台にクレーンでのせてドリルマシーンとのこ盤と開先マシーン操ってました。めっちゃやりがいありました。機械操るない時は柱のドッキングや梁にとりあいブレートの仮付け溶接もやりました、これを見ると懐かしい(´・ω・｀)今はハウスメーカーの内装大工やってます

Dangerous hoisting work. If one of the two cleats fails, the chain of the second breaks and the bar is bound to bounce off his toe, foot, ankle, or hip. I don't understand that a safe distance is not kept. 😵💥🚑

At some point you have to work, they can't guide on wifi, I find that the movements are fluid and controlled, and that they try as much as possible to keep the distance

7:15 не безопасная схема строповки, балка может скатиться при смещении центра тяжести, у нас используют стропы с двумя ветвями для перемещения длинных балок. Если такое увидит инспектор по технике безопасности - прощай премия) В остальном всё здорово, уровень механизации и автоматизации радует)

News to me that shot blasting was for the purpose of roughing up a surface. I thought it was for removing rust, mill scale, paint, dirt, etc. Also thought it was for reducing crack propagation from cyclical loads.

Shot blasting is often used to give a good clean surface for coating processes the roughness helps give a good key surface, shot peening is a very different process and can be used to reduce stress fatigue.

it is also use for slip critical joint as they don't want some bolted connections to move at all once torqued down. it gives the slick surface of steel a rough finish so they are less prone to slide on one another.

I got a 24' piece of I-beam 3x12 from a mobile home trailer house frame being demo'd. Perfect for overhead hoist beam in my garage. Trolly from HFT & a chain hoist completes it all. Painted it Lego yellow just to be kewl....

*_Hole Drilling has to be 100 percent accurate.... 2 or more pieces have to align perfectly for bolts to fit..._* Some pieces have dozens of exact holes drilled in different axis. Some of the Steel components are massive and thick. Drill Bits need to be replaced with Sharpened ones quite often. Many structural components are Bolted together first and then welded later for extra strength. Sometimes edges are beveled for stronger welding. *_Large Steel components are combined into even larger structural components. Overhead gantry cranes required._*

I work for fluor in fort-mcmurray on tarsand job for shell oil fab shop can't keep up in canada so give some work from japan.the quality was insane yup touch and tolerance we want.people from japan was on site due language problems fluor found somebody calgary.the japan people was shock use oil from tarsand all process even minus 50 below in winter.thank you video.😊

Why sandblast them if they are not painted and they rust again even in the shop? They need to be painted immediately in the shop.

Не обязательно. На строительной площадке достаточно, чтобы она была загрунтована. Далее смотрят проект и наносят то, что определено проектом.
