Great,,
Awesome!
Just found your channel and I’m super hyped about this concept! Can you do a russian aircraft’s stick next? Mig-29 Su-27 🧐🙏
Please, please , please do short video how to order on PCBWay assembled PCB according to your PCB Gerber files step by step. Thank you
Hey, nice job. "Is there any Discord where I can follow all your projects? Thank you.
Another great video and product! Do you have one for display? My dad flew strike eagles for 20 years and i think that this would be a great gift. My printer is broken now anyway 😂😢
Looks really good!

Btw how big is the pcb for the alps 5 way? In my tornado I have a mini 3 way otto that I’m thinking of replacing with a 5 way
In your next video could you comment on how to go about having PCB Way print out the metal parts for the adapter and nut? I noticed while visiting their web site that they have a "community market" section. It contains designs that you can have them make. It would be great if you could upload some of the candidate metal parts and PCBs to make it easier for your followers to obtain those parts.

This is a great suggestion, I will be looking into this for my next project and if it works out, I will make it available for all previous projects as well! Thank you!
Great videos! Really good job! Where can I find (or buy) the gerber files to order 5way PCB (in order to work with Alps switches) , are you selling the pcb or the only way is directly with pcb way or similar.? I just Bought Alps switches, Now I am looking for the pcb Greetings!
👍
Great video. I enjoy the longer format, although it might also get you more views, if you produced a condensed version where you fast forward some of the more mundane tasks, but slowing to real time for those parts that need more explanation. I wished you had mentioned the cost of the 3d printed metal parts from PCB way. I assume those must be fairly expensive? I like your idea of producing the shift register and 5 way hat boards with the JST connectors, however I find assembling the JST connectors pretty tedious. I can solder wires to circuit boards in about 1/10th the time. Perhaps someone sales pre-made wiring harnesses with JST plugs on each end. You mentioned it a couple of times: so I would like to see a video about your Rhino Force Feedback joystick maybe fitted with the F15 grip. Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much for the feedback - I appreciate the suggestions and these help me improve for next time. The metal connector costs about $25 when printed in aluminum. Ideally I would love to have the entire grip completed by PCBway and for folks to order them directly - still working on that! Rhino stick review to come soon as well, I want to make sure I give it a few months of hard use before reviewing!
I NEED to know if there’s any issues I’d run into with having PCB way print the grips with metal and buttons in resin.

Hi there, I printed in resin and it turned out great! I recommend printing connector in metal however as that takes a lot of load. (The one that fits between the grip and through the threaded nut at the bottom)

@@thesimnet thank you!!!
Hello, is there a chance I could buy one pre built?
are you gona make an f16 grip , there is jflyers design but the trigger is not the greatest and your trigger module is really good.

Jflyer is one of the reasons I got into this hobby, I love their work! I could definitely give it a shot, and it would be 100% free as a remix on Thingiverse. That being said I am working ona few other projects right now so I am not sure when I would tackle it, but if I find the time I am open to it!
Thanks for the long format. Do you have a source on the ALPS PCB gerber files? The only link from u/Imarchimedes I could find was dead. Is there also a wiring diagram for the 4021 board?

Yes absolutely, shoot me an email at questions@thesimnet.com and I can send over my BOM I sent to PCBWay, etc
Any chance you will se pre-assembled grips?

I have a few functional prototypes completed which I would be happy to sell. I do not have a storefront currently as these do take a bit of time to complete!
Hi, any chance of posting wiring diagram for this one?
